       Third pov.

   Jax sat in the club as Clay had a meeting . Court is today Clay said all of you ready he asks yeah everyone said . Son did you get ahold of Emma and Mya Clay asked . Yes now all we need is everyone together on that court room .

        They where planned something and hopefully Eliza would be out soon . Eliza was in the bathroom of the jail   getting ready to leave when she was pushed back . We where asked to do this she said cutting up Eliza . Oww Eliza winced in pain .

        They kept doing it and each time it got worse by the time they where done Eliza had lost to much blood and had passed out .

       Jax stood outside of the courthouse when Stahl pulled up . She came real close to his ear say goodbye bye to the  princess of Charming she said walking up the stairs .

       Jax was going to pull her back but Clay stopped him . Its ok that bitch us going down today Clay said . Jax nodded as the two walked in the room .

        The judge walked in and everyone stood up . Then she hit the desk ok so Elizabeth is running a little bit late the judge said .

       Jax looked at Clay then the doors came open . It reveled a very pale looking Eliza she had cuts and bruises everywhere .

       Now Jax was panicked Eliza sat down in her seat . Ok let's begin I call Ellie to the stand the shy little girl came up there and sat . Stahl stood up ok Mrs.Ellie start from the beginning .

       Me and Kenny heard my dad and lyla fighting so we decided to ignore it but me and Kenny's name was being called . So we went we saw lyla and she held a gun to me and my brother .

      Our uncle Jax was there and as soon as lyla held the gun to us she told them to sit or she would shoot .

                         Flashback

    Sit ! Lyla demanded as Jax and Opie sat . Kenny get that rope lyla said as Kenny brought the rope to her . Ellie wrap that around Jax Kenny rap that around Opie she said they did as told lyla made sure it was tight enough .

         Sit lyla said talking to Ellie and Kenny they did . Then there was a knock at the door . Op you up Eliza said then tried calling but lyla turned his phone off .

          Kenny and ellie nodded and yelled when the door was busted in .

     Ellie told them everything she knew crying some of the way . Ok Elizabeth your up the judge said . Eliza got up but immediately felt her legs give out . Jax was going to help her but couldn't .

         So her lawyer helps her up to the stand . Her belly was bigger now she was only four months pregnant but it was obvious she was pregnant .

         Ok Eliza you knew lyla was still alive after she had been shot correct Stahl asked . Yes Eliza said why did you stab her Stahl asked . Eliza gulped Ellie was shaking I couldn't let a twelve year old girl go through that .

        Lyla only had less than a minute left ive see many deaths i know when someone is fixing to die . So I stabbed her . If your excepting me to say its fun it wasn't but I would do it again if it meant she didn't have to think about killing someone for the rest if her life .

        Ok thank you the judge says as Elizas lawyer helps her get down Eliza pushes her away I can walk i have to Eliza said .

       Your pregnant she said wich is  exactly why is should Eliza said limping to her desk it was hard but Eliza knew she didn't want to be weak .

          She sat down soon after jemma Emma Mya Andrea the sons the Russians the cops and Victor . It filled up quick Eliza looked around at the people .

      Then shot jax a questioning look he nodded . This is how many people that need Eliza . We need her she's got three kids

       family that reli on her she's got biker gangs and cops that would literally do anything for her . She's been through hell and back and your going to send her to jail because she didn't want a twelve year old to think she killed someone Mya asked .

          The judge looked at them you Elizabeth where one of my most hardest cases I can tell you that the judge said . But they need you so go be with your family the judge said . Eliza smiled getting up trying to go to Jax but failing .

        He came to her kissing her now its time to adopt two more Jax said talking about Ellie and Kenny are you ready for this Eliza asked hell yeah Jax said .

        She giggled at his behavior as he helped her get up . What happened Jax asked remembering Elizas conditions .

         Some bitch was fighting me I don't know who all I want to know is can we get food Eliza asked Jax chuckled . Jax and Eliza needed to finalize the adoption paperwork twommoro but today they where going to rest from the long day .

      Mya and Emma both hugged Eliza she winced in pain sorry they said . Its ok Eliza sajd just a little swore . Mommy Andrea said running to her mom . Hi sweet girl Eliza said kissing her daughters forehead .

        Hey baby jemma said hugging Eliza hey jem Eliza said . How are you and the future of Charming doing . Good Eliza said getting tiered of standing .

       Ok we really must be on our way Eliza said feeling tired . I will call you twommoro jemma said . Ok love you all Eliza hollered back at them .

     Jax got on his seat and Andrea in here . I can't imagine how Ellie and Kenny feel Eliza said . I know Jax sighed we will get them twommoro .

        In the meantime we get moving in to our new house Eliza said . Yup Jax said they bought a eight bedroom five bathroom house .
