With Erza
She had ran so far from everyone that she couldn't even sense their magic power and not only that but she was lost. Yes lost in Magnolia. Since everything looks different because of all the rubble from the buildings it is hard to find her way around. She kept wandering and wandering until she heard a scream she ran towards the direction in which she heard it from and once she got there she saw a group of people being attacked by a demon. She rushed over there right before the people where attacked again and stopped the attack with one of her swords
"GET OUT OF HERE" she yelled at the people, they obliged without question and ran off. Erza gave the demon a glare "How dare you hurt these innocent people, I'll make sure you pay for your crime" she said as she started to attack the demon, who didn't look liked they actually cared for a word she was saying
"Innocent? Does it look like I Kyôka care for such meaningless human rights, I simply don't care that those humans got away from me since I'll be killing them eventually anyway so why don't you get out of my way human, I'm kinda busy and don't have time to deal with such matters" the demon now known as Kyôka said giving Erza the stink eye, but Erza's reaction didn't change much, in fact she started to give off a deadly aura which made Kyôka back off and take a stance
"What's wrong demon I thought that you were planning to kill them, oh I know, how about you try to kill me" Erza charged at the demon who only grinned and extended one of her claws to look like a whip and started to attack her. Erza was doing her best to dodge but she got small cuts all over her body and her armour had fragments missing from it but that didn't slow the red head down. Her and Kyôka went on for what seems like hours but was actually 3 minutes, until the demon stopped moving all of a sudden causing Erza to also stop her attacks.
"You shouldn't stop attacking your opponent until they are unable to fight" she said to Kyôka who was spacing out it and let's just say that it annoyed Erza to the point in where she summoned over a hundred swords and aimed it at the demon
"As you wish Lord Zeref" they were the last words she said before stabbing herself through her stomach, Erza just watched as her opponent kept stabbing herself she had no clue on what to think about the situation. Her swords disappeared as well as her fighting spirit for this match. Kyôka fell to the ground now lifeless, her demonic blood was spreading everywhere. Erza couldn't comprehend on what just happened and was taken back slightly feeling guilt for her suicidal opponent.
With Lucy, Gray, Wendy, and Juvia
After Erza had ditched them they ended up wondering until they came to the rainbow tree which surprisingly was still in tact though the same couldn't be said of everything thing else around it.
"So what do we do now, it's not like we can exactly find our way around here since the whole town is in shambles" Gray said with his hands behind his head while leaning against the tree. Everyone was also sitting down in a way or pacing back and forth as Juvia was doing. No one really knew what to do ever since Erza ran off
"Maybe we should try to find her, or anyone for that matter" Lucy said making her way down to the bench to sit while everyone else nodded or hummed as a response
"I wonder why we are having a war with Zeref in the first place, it's not like we have done anything to him in the first place, well except when you guys kidnapped Natsu-san and put him in a cage and sent him to the magic council and when you forced him to came back to the guild and"
"Okay Wendy we get it, what your basically saying is that this whole war is out fault for being involved with the demon right" Gray tried to emphasise on what Wendy was accusing however, by the sweat drop rolling down her face you'd guess that he was wrong
"S-sure" she replies, she wouldn't say it aloud but she did thought that the guild was wrong to keep Natsu locked up like that. She also wouldn't admit it but she liked Natsu, he reminded her of an older brother though she's not sure why it was just a feeling that she got from him
"In any case we have to find out where Zeref is and take him out, though that's easier said then done considering who is is and all" Gray said
"Juvia thinks that two, but Juvia wonders where he is hiding out, not to mention where are all his demons since this fight started Juvia hasn't seen or heard any demons"
"You got a good point but where do we even start looking for him" Lucy asked no one answered due to the fact that no one had any idea
"I think i might be able to help you with that" Gildarts said walking out of the rubble of the what used to be a street with none other than Laxus who looked like he wanted to die
"It's rare to see you two together" Lucy said with a more than puzzled tone in her voice Wendy nodded and Juvia started playing with her locks (hair)
"It's a long story but that's not important what's important is that we end this so called war and to do that we gotta get the culprit behind it all so let's all go out and" Gildarts was hit in the head by Laxus who had a annoyed look on his face
"Stop dragging it out, we don't need a speech, let's just hurry up and end it" Laxus was more than annoyed not only was he not able to have a battle with a demon but he was forced to listen to Gildarts insufferable speeches and story's about his travels, and let's just say that it was getting under his skin
"Oh light'n up thunder boy I've always wanted to say that and besides it's not everyday that we get to fight demons and beat up the Black Wizard so why don't you" he was hit on the head again
"Your the one who fought MY demon, and it can't be that easy to beat up Zeref are you really that much of an idiot" he was pissed to say he knew that Gildarts was only being stupid but that doesn't help the current situation. Everyone else had sweat drops just watching the two quarrel
"Okay... so you said something about being able to help?" Gray said trying to get to the point because in case anyone forgot they're in the middle of a war.
"Oh yes, well have you noticed anything unusual about the town?" He asked the group with confused faces
"Well apart from the demons, destroyed buildings and the Black Wizard starting a war with us, nope" Lucy said sarcastically rolling her eyes and crossing her arms. Gildarts rubbed the back of his head and laughed every so slightly
"Well yes but I really mean about the buildings" everyone excluding Laxus had confused faces "everywhere is destroyed, everywhere but Cardia Cathedral that place doesn't even have a speck of rubble on it, strange right"
"That's gotta be where Zeref is, we gotta hurry" Gray tried to rush off but not before Gildarts put his hand on Gray's shoulder stopping him from proceeding
"Hold on there champ don't go rushing in without a plan don't forget he's the Black Wizard you can't be too careful" Gray knew what Gildarts said was right but he was to impatient to be able to come up with a plan
"He's right Gray you shouldn't be so quick to get yourself killed, we better come up with a plan before we do anything else" Erza said as she came into view of the others. Everyone quaked at her appearance her armour was broken and had pieces missing from it, she had cuts on her face and where the missing parts of the armour were in other words she looked horrible. No one wanted to comment on her appearance for the fear of getting one of her infamous glares "What are you all looking at, do you have a problem" he glared causing most people to look away
"Erza-san let me heal you it'll only take a minute" Wendy ran towards Erza and started to heal her "so Erza-san how'd you get so badly injured?" She asked though Erza looked sad when she asked remembering on what happened to the demon that she somewhat fought. She told them everything that happened and by the looks on their face everyone was surprised, i mean who would've guessed that a demon would practically commit suicide
"Well in any case we still gotta find a way to deal with Zeref and" Erza was interrupted by the ground shaking and a large black circle appeared underneath them and started to pull them into it until they and the black circle disappeared.
