Chapter 5 - The punishment

3rd person POV

The demon that was in the guild was Seliah. She was sitting on the couch reading a book, she isn't as hostile as all the other demons, she usually keeps to herself unless she is forced to do something by the Black wizard. The moment Levy came back into the guild Seliah closed her book and made Lucy teleport in front of her, Seliah grabbed her by the head and put her hands in front of her neck, Lucy was scared so she slowly reached towards her keys then she heard a voice in her head 'don't bother unless you want to die' she new that the demon was in her head, she lowered her hands, Lucy didn't like these demons. The master came out of the office understanding the situation he came down to negotiate with Seliah,
"What do you here demon" he said firmly knowing exactly what she wanted. Seliah knew that he was playing dumb and was furious for it , but for his sake she also played dumb
" I demand that you release those diabolical chains of my master, if you don't this girl dies, I'm sure that you humans wouldn't let that happen" As Seliah said this she released small amounts of demonic aura, the guild was starting to get nervous, Erza turned to Makarov knowing fully aware of what his decision is. Makarov turned to Gray "Release him" Gray was hesitant but Lucy's life was on the line so he couldn't afford to not do as she demands, so he released E.N.D.

The chains that were around him fell off and started to evaporate, everyone in the guild was starting to get uneasy but why wouldn't you, they had locked him up for over a month, it's no wonder why they are nervous. Once all the chains had fallen off and evaporated he stood up and stretched
"Ah it does feel good to be free" he said and looked toward the guild, he grinned and walked inside the guild he stood in front of Makarov glaring at him with so much hate that you could feel it emitting from him
"You should be grateful, that I'm deciding not to kill all of you right now" Makarov narrowed his eyes
"You see I will kill you all, but not today, i want to watch as you humans squirm knowing that your lives are coming to an end soon" he looked over to where Seliah and Lucy are, and pointed to Lucy
"And your first" he said with such a demonic voice that it shook Lucy to her core, so much that she started to tear up
"We're leaving, hurry up Seliah"
"As you wish master E.N.D"
Both of the demons left, leaving the guild in shock and relief that they hadn't decided to kill them.
"Master was it wise to them go" Erza asked the master who looked like he was going to collapse from exhaustion 'that boy, he couldn't be.....' his thoughts were interrupted when Mira places her hand on his shoulder signalling that he was spacing out.
"Yes, we should be thankful that they decided to leave without causing any harm to us, especially what we had done to him for over a month" everyone in the guild looked down knowing that the master was right
"So should we proceed in pursuing them" Erza asked
"No, let them be, I have a feeling that we won't hear the last of them" Makarov walked up the stairs and into his office closing the doors behind. Once the doors were shut people started talking again, not about anything that was nice though. Most people were discussing on what the demons would have hurt them, some of the men were talking on how the female demon was kinda cute, while the main group was just relieved that they escaped unharmed.

With E.N.D

E.N.D and Seliah were walking through the forest back towards the mansion, he was lost in thought on how those people should suffer, and how the old man (Makarov) seemed familiar to him. he subconsciously began to growl, Seliah wasn't very thrilled about this and stepped back a bit. About another hour of walking they finally made it to the mansion E.N.D went strait for Zeref's quarters while Seliah also went her own way. When he arrived he opened the door to an angry Zeref, when he got inside the room he closed the doors and kneeled down. Zeref wasn't pleased, in fact he was furious with him, not only for letting them go, but also for getting caught, the demon began to intensify as he could feel the Black wizards fury towards him. At that moment Zeref pointed his finger towards him and shot him with a little beam of dark light, the demon's shoulder had a hole in it and was bleeding black blood
"I apologise master, I didn't mean to get caught, let alone be away for a month, I'll accept any punishment you wish" Zeref's hatred towards him began to die down and he sighed
"You'll be going on the shelf" Zeref said his tone of voice sounding regretful
"As you wish" the demon had turned himself into the book of E.N.D, Zeref got up and picked up the book and placed it on the self, he didn't like doing this to him, but he needed to be disciplined and this was the only way to do so without hurting him after that he left his quarters and proceeded elsewhere without looking back.

Inside the book of E.N.D

Inside the book, the landscape is a wasteland with no life, the ground was cracked and it was beyond 1000 degrees. The only thing that was in sight was a mansion. The mansion looked more like a castle with nothing protecting it if someone were to attack, however no human could ever survive inside the demonic book. Inside the mansion were many rooms and stairways, each room leading to something new, one room had old relics, another had corpses, one even had toys in it.

E.N.D's POV

I was sent back into my book, I'm not really fond of being in here, there's nothing to do. I sat on my bed which was big enough for a king and debated on what I was going to do next.
"I could destroy that pesky guild and kill all the people that reside within it, especially those three, the ones who ruined my not so peaceful life even more, I wanna rip their skulls right out of there head" I said while smirking, those three, no four, yes those FOUR looked familiar. The blond girl looked like Layla and Anna, the boy had the same ice demon slayer magic as Silver did, and that red head looked like Irene, the master of the guild........ he was familiar as well, I've never seen him but I think I've heard of him from someone hmmmmmm......
Oh well it doesn't matter they're all gonna die by my hands soon enough. You'll regret ruining my life Fairy Tail.
