Starting Over

Chapter 7

"Morning Princess," Victor whispered moving her hair out of her face as she slowly woke up.

"My Prince?" She asked sleepily reaching out slowly to touch his face. He could tell she couldn't tell if he was real or a mirage. He took her hand and placed it on his face. "You're here."

"Morning Cupcake," Luke grumbled as he sat up behind her.

"My Always?" she asked turning to look at him while still touching Victor.

Luke's phone vibrated and he groaned then grabbed it. "Norths wondering if you're awake, he's making breakfast. Don't worry Cupcake, Ill sneak you some chocolate." He winked and kissed her forehead before heading to the bathroom.

She giggled and held his hand until he was out of reach. "Ready to go down Princess?" Victor asked and she nodded. "Up Princess," Victor said standing and holding his hands out. She scooted closer to him and he helped her slowly and carefully wrap her legs around his waist then he lifted her up and she giggled as she wrapped her arms around his neck. He thought he felt her whisper something but didnt comment on it.

He slowly descended the stairs making sure to not jostle her as much as possible. "Our beautiful Princess is ready for breakfast," he called out as he almost reached the bottom.

"Enjoying your ride Ten?" Kota asked coming over to them. She nodded and he smiled, "My turn to hold her," he said as Victor passed her off to him. Once she was wrapped around Kota, he kissed her head and she sighed softly in happiness. Kota smiled and carried her into the kitchen.

"Morning Baby," North smiled kissing her forehead before going back to breakfast.

"Morning Darling," Owen smiled while drinking his drink.

"Morning Peanut," Nathan said walking in.

"Morning Trouble," Gabriel beamed coming in.

"Morning Aggle Mou," Silas smiled walking in.

"How is my future Dr. Green feeling this morning?" Sean asked walking in and kissing her forehead.

She snuggled further into Kota and sighed in happiness, "I think shes comfy," Kota chuckled. "Sorry Ten but I have to leave so I have to set you down."

"No," she pouted and clutched his neck tighter.

"Come here Aggle Mou," Silas said but she shook her head.

"Dont leave me," She started to cry.

"Hey, its just a short assignment, Ill be back for lunch, I promise," Kota said kissing her head. "Ill be back Ten I promise Im coming back to you."

"You can call us if we arent back by noon Peanut," Nathan said kissing her head, "Im sorry but I have to leave also."

"Is anyone else leaving me?" She burst into tears.

"Oh no Darling, they arent leaving you, they just have to go to work," Owen said taking her from Kota. She went willingly and clutched him tightly. "They will be back, I promise Darling."

"Youre going to walk out the door and not come back and Ill wake up from this alone again!" She screamed and got off Owens lap and ran to her room, slamming the door in Norths face since he was hot on her tail and locked it.

"Baby open the door please," North pleaded knocking on the door.

"Shes just scared," Sean tried to explain, "She thinking if we arent in her sight then we arent going to come back. She knows logically that isnt true but shes scared."

"Baby please open the door," North pleaded. He looked at Luke and barely moved out of the way. Luke worked his magic and opened the door. North pushed everyone out of the way and searched the room. Not seeing her he noticed the bathroom door closed and shower running. Thankfully, this door didnt have a lock and he slowly opened the door. "Oh Baby," he sighed opening the curtain.

"Theyre going to leave me this time," she whispered to herself repeatedly while rocking back and forth on the floor.

"No Pookie," Sean said getting in the shower with her and kneeling down. He took her hands in his and Owen got behind her while North got beside her. "No one is leaving forever, there are some jobs that they have to go to and will immediately come back home to you as soon as they are done."

"What can we do to make you feel better Baby besides them not going to work?" North asked moving the hair out of her face.

"Once everyone is home were going to have a living room sleepover," Gabriel said from the doorway. "How about we go shopping with Victor and find some snacks and movies and stuff Trouble?"

"Tomorrow were going to have a family day Darling, no one will work tomorrow, okay?" Owen asked.

"Come on Baby Ill even go shopping with you," North said.

"Oy look at that Trouble, even Grumpy North will come with us! Now we really have to go shopping!" Gabriel smirked and Marie giggled softly.

"Can we all go shopping?" Marie asked sniffling.

"I have to go to the office and do some paperwork and then make sure everyone is off tomorrow and Dr. Green is covering a shift so he can take off tomorrow. Mr. Griffin, Mr. Korba, and Mr. Lee have assignments. But both Mr. Taylors will go with you to go shopping with Mr. Morgan and Mr. Coleman to get everything ready for tonight, will that work?"

"If you are still shopping when we get done we can meet up with you Aggele Mou, okay?" Silas asked and she nodded.

"Good, now how about getting out of the shower and let Gabe get you dry clothes so we can say a quick bye before leaving?" Nathan asked and she pouted.

"The sooner we leave Ten the sooner we can come back to you," Kota pointed out and she smiled at that perspective. "Theres our girl."

"Come on Trouble lets get you dolled up to go shopping!" Gabriel smiled and she nodded.

"Thank you," she whispered hugging Owen, Sean, and North tightly.
