Chapter 33

Marie entered the gift shop and squealed in happiness, there was so much stuff there for her to look at. She walked around and then gasped and bit back a squeal of happiness, there was a whole shelf of elephants and since it was close to Halloween there were various colors of elephant stuffies and even a Nightmare Before Christmas one! She glanced around and saw that the Toma team was looking around so she quickly grabbed a bag and grabbed 15 elephants and even a present for Max then went to purchase them with her card before the Toma team figured out what was going on.

"Im ready," She giggled holding her bag behind her back.

"Already?" Corey asked and she nodded.

"What do you got Doll?" Axel asked and she shook her head.

"Its a surprise for when everyone is home together," She giggled.

"We cant have a peak?" Brandon asked and she shook her head.

"If you peek, Ill be sad because the surprise will be ruined," she said holding the bag close to her.

"Okay Beautiful we wont do that," Marc said.

"Da Kitten no peeking," Raven nodded.

"Okay," She beamed then yawned. "Up Bear please?" She asked yawning again.

"Da Kitten," He said picking her up, once her legs were around his waist she nuzzled into his neck.

"No peeking," She mumbled when Corey took her bag.

"I promise we wont Doll," Axel said and she drifted off to sleep.

Once they arrived at the house, she woke to her being moved. She inhaled and smelled the ocean. "Superman?" she mumbled half asleep.

"Yes Angelos Mou," he chuckled and she quickly woke up. "Have a good nap?"

"Superman!" she squealed in happiness and shuffled so she could hug him better. "Everyone home?"

"Yes Darling," Owen nodded as Silas carried her inside.

"My Owen!" She beamed as Silas set her down. Once her feet were on the ground, she rushed over to him and hugged him tightly.

"Hi Darling," he whispered hugging her.

Marie went around and hugged everyone from the Blackbourne team. Once she reached North he hugged her then growled, "you smell like Crow."

She giggled, "He carried me from the zoo, I was tired we walked a whole bunch," She kissed his cheek.

"Want me to go change before I give you a surprise?"

"Go change into your comfy clothes Trouble, I laid them out and the Toma team can catch us up on your adventure today," Gabriel nodded and she nodded.

"No peeking?" she looked at all the men and they shook their heads.

"I left it in the car," Corey said, "we didnt look, you can go get it after you change."

She smiled and went upstairs, she changed into the black leggings Gabe laid out but instead of the shirt he chose she went into Norths room and grabbed on of his instead. She went out to the car and grabbed her bag and sure enough it was still double bagged with one bag upside down to hide the contents. She brought it inside and smiled softly at Norths smirk of her in his shirt.

"What do you have there, Ten?" Kota asked and she giggled.

"A surprise," she swayed her hips side to side softly. "Everyone has to close their eyes and hold out their hands to get it though." They chuckled but did as they were told. She walked around and placed an elephant in each mans hand that was their favorite color: grey elephant for Owen, purple for Sean, dark blue for Silas, black of course for North, orange for Gabriel, silver for Victor, dark red for Nathan, hunter green for Kota, baby blue for Luke, olive green for Axel, brown for Raven, blue for Marc, bright red for Brandon, and yellow for Corey.

"Open," she smiled while holding her elephant that was dressed in a Jack Skellington outfit.

"Oh wow!" Luke beamed. "Thanks Cupcake!" He jumped up and kissed her then swung her around.

"Wait, I havent given Max his present yet," she giggled. Max came over and she handed him a squeaky dinosaur. He took off with it to his bed and began chewing on it.

"Thanks" everyone smiled and took turns hugging her and kissing her forehead.

"Baby, go put this in my room so I can get started on dinner please," North said handing her the elephant and she nodded. She placed it on his desk then went outside to get some fresh air. She started swinging softly while watching the clouds.

"What are you thinking Darling?" Owen asked coming over to her and started pushing her.

"A bunch," she admitted.

"Talk to me," he commanded softly.

"I dont want to upset you," she said softly.

"You wont Pookie," Sean said coming over. "We cant help if you dont talk to us. Are you starting to feel depressed again?"

She shook her head, "Not anymore than usual, no bad bad thoughts, I promise."

"Did you have fun today, other than the incident at the restaurant?" Owen asked stopping the swing so both him and Sean could look at her.

She nodded softly. "Did the Toma team calling you their girlfriend bother you?" Sean asked and she barely shook her head.

"Are you worried that it would upset us that they called you that?" Owen asked and she barely nodded.

"Well do you have feelings for them like you have for us?" Sean asked and she shrugged.

"Talk to us Darling, we promise we wont get upset," Owen coaxed.

"But what if you get hurt?" She pouted.

"We wont Pookie," Sean reassured her.

"I dont know honestly," she sighed and looked at her hands. She began playing with the hem of Norths shirt. "I had a fun day, and I wasnt upset when they called me their girlfriend, but I know I should because Im not and its not fair to you for them to call me that. Its disrespectful and wrong but at the same time it felt right and its confusing. I could see myself spending the day with them just like I spend time with you and its not right because its taking time away from you and I dont want to do that to you. I know North would be upset if I spent time with Raven and I dont want to hurt him, but I had fun with Raven also. It feels more than just friends hanging out and I just dont know. I want them to stay here but I dont know how that would go with everyone and if they even are thinking the same and Im just overthinking and feeling because I was missing you so much, I just projecting my feelings onto them for safety or how that would even go or if they even want to share like you or just what. I feel so confused and overwhelmed," she started to cry.

"Oh Pookie," Sean said pulling her into his arms. "Do you need a Superman and North Star cuddle?" She nodded and Owen sent out a text.

A few minutes later Silas and North came out, "Dont ask just comfort," Owen said as Sean put her in Silass arms.

"Okay Mr. B, Marc is taking over dinner," North said as he rubbed her back.

"We will have a meeting later for you Darling and I will come talk to you afterwards, will that work?" Owen asked and she nodded as Silas moved her into Norths arms and began rubbing her back.

Owen and Sean went back inside to talk and start planning the meeting.
