Chapter 34

"What do you think this meeting is about?" Luke asked Gabriel as they cleaned up from prepping dinner. Marc was putting the enchiladas in the oven and getting the stuff out for salad.

"I dont know but I hope its not another mission," Nathan said as he walked in.

"Where did you put your elephant?" Brandon asked Corey as they grabbed drinks.

"By the bed, what about you?" Corey asked. "It was touching that she thought of us as well."

"On my desk," Brandon nodded. "What about you all?"

"Desk," most of them answered while the rest said on their nightstands.

"She put Norths on his desk also and Silas put his on his nightstand." Luke said. "We wanted to make sure she could see that we really appreciate them."

"I love how she fucking got one for herself as well," Gabriel smiled.

"It was sweet of her to think of Max as well," Kota nodded.

"I called the meeting because she has told us that she is very confused right now, she is developing feelings for the Toma team as well and she fears that it is going to cause problems amongst us," Owen said once North and Silas came in with Silas holding a sleeping Marie.

"Why would it cause problems?" Gabriel asked.

"Jealousy," Kota nodded.

"Plus theres the whole North and Raven thing going on," Marc shrugged.

"She is also worried that you only see her as friends and doesnt know if you even want a relationship like we have," Sean said.

"You already know how we feel," Axel said while looking out the window.

"We have no problem sharing her with you," Corey said. "We can easily figure out a sleeping routine or just whatever we need to do."

"What about you two?" Owen asked looking at North and Raven.

"If its what she truly wants, then I will learn to accept it," North shrugged. "Anything to make Baby happy again."

"Da," Raven nodded. "Want Kitten happy."

"I dont want you to do something you dont want to though," Marie said groggily as she woke up.

"Baby," North said taking her from Silas, "I honestly dont mind sharing you with the Toma team. I know Crow and I have a love hate relationship but I also know that if the team ever had to go away again that I wouldnt want you with anyone else besides the Toma team. I trust Crow with your life, if he makes you happy or be with you when I cant for one reason or another then I am okay with the Toma team being added to our group."

"Promise?" She asked softly and scared.

"Promise promise," he smiled softly.

"Da Kitten same," Raven nodded.

"You are all okay with this?" She asked scared.

"We are willing and will obey," they said in unison.

"Im serious, I cant even start to think about this if someone is feeling pressured into it," she said shaking her head.

"Honestly Peanut, if it was any other team I would straight up say no, I wouldnt even budge on thinking about it, but we have known the Toma team forever, they were like step brothers to us in a way. There would be the only team I would be okay with sharing you. They just reinforced my faith in caring for you the way you deserve when they took care of you and protected you while we were on that mission," Nathan said.

"Ditto," Luke, Gabriel, Kota, and Victor said. Silas and North nodded.

"I have known the Toma team showed interest in you since we first called them for help," Owen sighed, "I had forwarned them to find another bird after the way Mr. Toma tried protecting us but later apologized to you. They agreed to withhold their feelings for you at our agreement because we felt you wouldnt show interest in them honestly other than perhaps friends. They respected our wishes and kept their feelings for you at bay, if anything was to prosper it would be at your pace and wishes, Darling. We have known for a while, even Mr. Taylor Jr even though he wasnt happy about it at first. Just like with us Darling, everything will be at your pace and wishes. You have the power on where this goes and how fast. But this time we will have better open communication."

"North Star?" she asked looking into his eyes.

"I promise promise Baby Im okay with it, just dont smell like Crow all the time," He grumbled.

She giggled and kissed his softly, "I promise." She looked at everyone and noticed that they were serious about taking a chance. "Okay I will try this, but I think it would be good to have one on one dates as well as small group and everyone dates when we can. I dont want anyone feeling left out or jealously arising. Can we figure something out like that?"

"Thats a great idea Darling, its what we use to do but now we will just include the Toma team," Owen said nodding and fixing his tie.

"Does this mean both teams are combining into one team?" Kota asked.

"Yes," Owen and Axel said together.

"And you are fucking moving in permanently?" Gabriel asked and Axel nodded.

"It would be best if we did," Marc nodded.

"Great I can fucking work on your goddamn rooms with you if you want," he said rubbing his hands together. "Now it wont look so much like a goddamn temporary stay."

"Marc you and I can go over the calendar and figure everything out," Kota said and Marc nodded.

Just then the oven beeped and Marc said, "Dinner is ready."

Marie smiled and watched as everyone helped each other out.

"What are you thinking Baby?" North asked as she leaned against him.

"This somehow feels right," she whispered.

"Good," he said as he kissed her head.

"Come eat," Luke shouted and North picked her up and carried her to join everyone at the table.
