"How is it that we are meeting at Doc's office and yet he isn't even here yet?" Luke asked confused.

"And why aren't we in Doc's office?" Brandon asked.

"You have to wait until Dr. Green is done with a patient before you go inside his office," Erica said coming out of his office. "The answer to why you are here is inside there and Mr. Blackbourne wants all of you together before you get the answers you are seeking."

"Mom, you look very excited," Kota said suspiciously, "What is going on?"

"You will find out soon enough," She smiled and they looked at one another confused.
Owen came out of the office and the rest of the team tried asking him what was going on. He held up his hand and once they grew quiet he said, "You will figure it out once Dr. Green gets here which should be any minute now."

Sure enough a couple of minutes later Sean burst through the door and looked around confused for a minute. "Owen," he said once realization finally dawned on him. "Are you sure?"

"Yes," Owen nodded and a humongous smile burst onto Sean's face.

"Oy, what the fuck is going on?" Gabriel asked and Sean burst out laughing.

"Guys, we have something to tell you, well actually Marie has some explaining she will like to say," Owen said as he opened the door.

The team walked in to find Marie in her rocking chair holding two very tiny little babies on her chest and a peaceful look on her face. She looked up at them and smiled.

"What the fuck is going on?" Gabe asked. "Trouble you had your period last week so what the fuck is going on here?"

"I asked her to do skin to skin on these premies since they lost their mother and she agreed. They have no father, we will discuss those details later," Sean said walking over to her and kissing her forehead.

"She has bonded with them," Owen explained as he did the same as Sean.

"Are you serious?" North asked.

"Please North?" She whispered. "I didn't realize this is what I have been missing. I feel complete holding them. It just feels right."

"Are you sure Baby?" North asked coming over and kneeling in front of her. "You won't be able to paint all the time anymore."

"I won't do it all the time but I can still paint, I know all of you would help care for the twins. Just look at them North Star," she whispered as she looked down at them.

North watched her watch them and smiled, "There's a glow about you Baby," he said softly and she looked at him with that same peaceful smile she had when they first walked in. "Ok Baby, if you are sure then okay."

She looked up at the rest of the guys hopeful and they all nodded. She smiled at them, "Guys I want you to meet our twin daughters."

"Fuck yes, two new girls to dress!" Gabe shouted and she instantly shhhed him then glared when they started crying. "Sorry Trouble," he whispered as she tried to calm them down.

"We need everything Meanie, especially one of these things Erica brought in," She motioned to the boppy. "It makes feeding them at the same time so much easier."

"Come on Vic, let's go shopping," Gabe whispered as he pulled him out the door. "Oy Brandon, Nathan, Marc, Silas come on we will need the extra help putting all the furniture together once we get them."

"Why can't North come along since he does carpentry?" Brandon whined and Gabe burst out laughing.

"You really think you can fucking pull him away from Trouble right now?" Gabe asked and Brandon sighed. "You should fucking know better than that by now."

"True," Brandon sighed. "But how are we suppose to bond with them too?"

"We will once we get them home," Nathan shrugged. "Twins means twice the feeding and twice the diapers and twice everything. You know damn well she will try to do everything herself so it will take all of us to help her out and make sure she gets plenty of sleep. We will bond while feeding and everything else of course."

"We all know this is what she has secretly been longing for," Silas said. "Just think of how peaceful she looked when we walked in. This is what she needs and be honest, we all hoped this would happen one day and now it finally has."

Sean wasn't surprised in the least when he entered his office after his shift to find her still in her rocking chair holding the twins. He chuckled, "Come on Pookie they need to go back to the nursery for the night and you need some sleep."

"No, they need me to hold them," she shook her head.

"They will be okay throughout the night Pookie," Sean said kneeling in front of her. "The nurses will take excellent care of them, I promise."

"Who is on shift?" She asked glaring.

"I am Dear," Erica said coming in. "I had Dr. Roberts switch me so I can watch over them for you."

"You did?" She asked cautiously.

"Yes, I promise I will watch them personally all night now and if they have any changes I will text you," Erica said walking over to them. "Now go home, see what Gabe has managed to do in the past few hours, and get as much sleep as possible because once you bring them home everything changes. Besides you and the guys need to come up with names for our new princesses."

"Okay, thank you Oma," She smiled and Erica beamed as she took the twins from her and placed them in their bassinets.

"Comeon Baby," North smiled as he picked her up. "Let's go see what is happening athome."
