Hi there! It has been brought to my attention by my sister that I have not updated for quite a while (more than nine months to be exact!). And with that in mind, I have now risen back from the purgatory called online classes and will immediately publish every poem I've written in the time span that I have disappeared. Special thanks and love to my younger sister who says she missed my poems. I love u, lil' sis!

"The Earth's War"
I was once as free as the falling leaves
Drifting and flying whenever I please
But suddenly the virus struck the whole world
The future turning into nothing but a blur
And then soon after
nature had decided to create her own disaster
Wildfires, floods, earthquakes and storms
Yet people still ignore it, as if they're not informed
Those on the podium promised us safety
Yet people are dying, won't even hear our pleas
Covering up the rotten truth with false hope and fantasies
And in the time of need, they choose greed over humanity
Death now has a chance to knock on our doors
Open your eyes for the Earth is at war
Let us do our part; be compassionate and kind
Because the only way to win is for the human race to cooperate and combine
