Shattered Part II - 83

After Chad walk's out of the room I grab a pair of clothes and put them on before going back to the bathroom and lean against the wall.

There's no way in hell that I want my sister to catch me in the nude after I had sex with her husband's best friend.

It doesn't take long before the bathroom door opens and she steps into the room. She looks at me and kneels next to me on the floor. "What's going on Eliza? It's been a long time since I've seen you this worked up."

"Why?" I sob. "Why do they hate me so much? It's like all they want to do is ruin my life and the relationship that I have with our parents."

She wraps her arms around me. "I don't think after today any of us are going to see Dylan, Jasper and Chloe. All of them didn't want to leave. Did you invite Nina over for dinner?"

I'm not sure if I did. If I didn't I'm sure she would make an effort to join us for dinner tonight though. She'd have to make sure that the rest of them aren't here.

"I don't know. Can you call her and say that she has to come over for dinner."

A smile spreads across her face. "I'll do that for you. You should shower." she exits the bathroom and stops next to the door. "I'll leave something out for you." With that, she walks out the door.

Turning the shower on I step under the cascading water and lean my head against the wall. I'm not sure how long I'm in there before the door opens and the door to the shower opens.

Arms wrap around me and then lips touch my skin. Leaving marks on my collarbone. "Chad," I moan.

"Hey, baby. They left the house and everyone is waiting for us downstairs. Do you want to have a quickie in the shower or should we greet our guests?"

"Greet our guests. Thank you for getting my family over here for me." opening the door I step out of the shower and head towards the bedroom where clothes are placed on the bed. Picking up the black skirt a smile spreads across my face.

This is the skirt that Kat bought for me before I got together with Chad. She told me that it gives him a good look at my ass. She told me that it was one of her greatest assets when it came to that man.

Next to the skirt is a red halter top that has Merry Christmas written on it, There's a black pair of boy shorts and a matching bra.

At least she didn't pick a thong, for me to wear. That would be inappropriate when it comes to the night we have ahead of us.

Ding, the phone on the nightstand goes off and I walk over to it. Picking up the phone I see a message from Nina.

Nina: I'm not sure if I was invited to Christmas with you. I went home with Chloe. She needs me tonight. If you need me to give me a call. Also, there's something that we need to talk about. Not tonight though.

Me: Okay, why don't you come around tomorrow and we can exchange gifts?

Nina: Really? I didn't think I'd be a priority.

Me: You're my sister. Of course, you would be a priority.

After a couple of minutes, she doesn't reply to me. I put my phone on the nightstand and get dressed. Once I'm dressed I head downstairs to see my family.

Mom has tears falling down her face and she swipes at them angrily. "I have to go to the bathroom before our daughter comes down. I don't want her to see me like this."

"Too bad," I say as I enter the room. "I came down a few minutes ago. Are you okay, Mom?"

"I'm not." She moves past me. "We should talk about it another night. Tonight we're here to celebrate the first Christmas away from our old lives." She kisses my temple. "I'll be right back."
