3rd pov

It was the same shit, another day for the couple, jin has been consistently defending himself provoking namjoon's fault assumptions but namjoon wasn't having it, not even a bit. "NAMJOON I DIDNT CHEAT!" jin yelled shutting his ears, "Yes you did! I know jin don't fucking lie!" jin really wasnt lying, its been a month since their marriage life had enfaced a storm, namjoon's false assumptions about jin's infidelity, he has been treating jin real bad, yelling and assumptions, leeching venom on jin as he had never before over the slightest thing, he blasts it into something abysmal, their marriage life was slowly falling apart.

Jin thought that it would mend, when they found out that namjoon was pregnant but in reality it only worsened, namjoon didn't even let jin touch his baby bump. But jin somehow sneaks at the middle of nights, just to touch and leave a peck on namjoon's forehead and the baby bump. Namjoon knew, he was very well aware of what he was doing, he wasn't cruel but led to the reality. Namjoon found out that he was in the last trimester of cancer, lung cancer and it was too late, he just wanted jin to hate him, throw him away from his life. He wanted to suicide but his plans went in vain when he got to know about his pregnancy, the doctor pleaded with him to abort the child since it only worsens his illness and shortening his lifetime but namjoon was adamant, he wanted this child.

Cause he knows, jin loved him to death and jin won't be able to intake the news, he most probably would try to do something stupid to himself, jin was still young, in his early thirties and he deserves a life, after namjoon but if he knew about namjoon's condition means, he wont life his life, he would be a misery but that's not what namjoon wanted, with a stricken stone heart namjoon started to leech venom, he cries to himself after the argument, it breaks his heart when jin cries in front of him, but he was left with no choice. 

But as months passed, namjoon's plans started to work, jin became more pissed and threw haltered over namjoon, namjoon couldn't blame the man cause that's what he wanted and what he did was actually cruel, fighting over the smallest, hiding himself from jin and not letting jin to even have a look at his baby bump, he know what he was doing very well. 

It reached to the peak that day, jin was crying in haltered and anger as namjoon yelled a shriek about jin's infidelity, not to mention that jin was drunk that day, he was tired of these, fightings and yellings, he couldn't contain his anger, he hit namjoon that day, it got a pin drop silence after the slap's sound echoed, 

"See now you're slapping me for some random shit so that you could fuck them behind my back!" 

Jin lost it at the moment, he was sober enough to be in the right headspace and he knew his decision, and what he was talking, 

"I can't live with you anymore, i want a divorce!" 

"I don't want a husband who cant fucking trust me!"

It would be a blunt lie if namjoon masked his remorse but this is what he wanted, jin to hate him to the edge, he didnt hesitate to nod his head despite how broken he was mentally, the next day itself they contacted their family civil lawyer and applied for a divorce, and they signed their papers declaring their divorce, namjoon took a little alimony and about the child, jin logged but it was the laws, where newborns must be with the mother, not father until the first trimester of the child, jin only got legal custody under the baby.

Namjoon left the house the next day itself, no longer wanting to stay there cause he knew he cant hold it anymore, he loved jin too much and his love will mask it anytime, and overtake him to run into seokjin's arms but he wasnt going to let that happen, 

"B-but namjoon"

"P-please hobi, jin d-deserves a life y-you can give him that p-please" 

jhope was in haywire, namjoon was well aware that hoseok once had feelings for jin but he let it go once, he knew about namjin's bond and he wouldn't want to be a homewrecker, especially for his best friend, but when namjoon transpired his harbored truth to hoseok,  he was left baffled, namjoon was begging hoseok to marry seokjin as his last wish, and hoseok couldn't interfere.
