Jeongin hyunjin and jisung sat at the lunch table just picking at their food.
"One of us really needs to get their drivers license so we can go out to eat, cause this shit's nasty," hyunjin said as he threw his fork down on his plate.
Jisung did the same as jeongin looked at his friend.
"What happened to you getting your licence sungie?"
"You were going to?" Hyunjin asked
"I was but when Minho started letting me practice it got too scared,"
"Is it scary?" The youngest asked as he placed his chin in his hand
"Yes," jisung said without any hesitation "minho tried to let me drive alone once I got the hang of it but it was horrible. He had to walk two miles to come and get me,"
"Maybe your just a bad driver..?" Hyunjin asked jokingly which was met with a smack to his arm by jisung. Jeongin reached in his pocket for his phone which vibrated.
Channie:
Sorry, I'm busy with work
I'll text you when I get off
The cafeteria went silent other than a few quiet conversations. Everyone's eyes shifted to the door including the boy's.
"Who's that?" Jisung whispered
Jeongin looked up from his phone and gasped as he set it on the table, going over to the boy who looked very lost and very embarrassed at the amount of people just staring at him.
Both of jeongins friends just looked at him confused, not knowing who this boy was.
"... You can sit with us," jeongin said as he walked back up to the table with the boy.
"Guys, this is changbin! Changbin, this is jisung and hyunjin,"
"You guys know each other?" Jisung asked confused.
"Yeah, this is one of channies friends," jeongin said with his big braced smile never leaving his face.
Jisung nodded along to the conversation while hyunjin looked down at the food in front of him. He ate a few bites even though it was dreadful. He knew that if this boy knew chan then he'd probably heard all the horrible things he'd said when they broke up.
".. Right hyunjin?"
Said boy looked up from his plate to find the boys looking at him with questioning looks.
"We're having a sleep over this weekend, changbin should come, right?"
"Yeah," he said with a small smile "he should"
The boys carried their conversation until the end of lunch, hyunjin finally getting past the fear of what chan might've told this stranger.
Contrary to what you may believe, hyunjin wasnt very confident in himself. He often let other people's opinions control him and decide what he wire everyday and such. He always dreaded school and public areas which was maybe why he always resulted to getting high in his room by himself most nights.
"How are you and chan-hyung?" Changbin asked as they wandered the hallway until the bell rang "he told me what happened,"
Jeongins smile faded the tiniest amount before it returned to the normal gleaming one.
"We're good!" He said with a nod "better than ever actually,"
Jisung and hyunjin made eye contact for a split second before looking back at jeongin.
"He's coming to the sleepover as well so you'll get to see him,"
"Where is this sleepover at?" Changbin asked
"At my house," jisung chimed in with an excited look.
To be quite honest, jeongin was afraid to go back there. There were so many memories that often flooded his mind when he drove past his friends house. All he could think of were words that had been said, pain that had been felt and the tears he'd cried that night. It was so scary to him to ever go back but he was doing it for jisung and his friends. he constantly reminded himself that it was okay and that people who loved him would be there and he'd be safe. That thought always remained in his head the ones where seungmin had said those nasty things to him. These were the reasons he never let chan try to spice up their sex life. He was afraid of pet names and anything that inflicted pain because all the memories just came back to him. They'd never tried it, just talked about it while they lay there.
"Okay, I'll have chan hyung text me the address"
The bell rang as hyunjin and jisung hurried off to class to get them seats next to each other while jeongin walked Changbin to class.
"Are you sure you guys are okay?" The slightly shorter male asked
"Yes, I'm sure! Why wouldn't we be?"
"Just curious.."
The feeling deep inside of the blue haired boys chest told him that changbin knew something he didn't and it bothered him. He didn't act on that feeling however, pushing it down and putting his trust into chan.
"Here's your class, hyung," jeongin said as he motioned towards a wooden door that was open, revealing a class bustling with kids.
"I'll come get you after and show you where the next one is, okay?"
The brunette nodded "thank you, jeongin" he said softly and made his way into the classroom where everyone looked at him.
Jeongin knew there would be plenty of people wanting to date him and hook up with him. He'd be the new heartthrob of the school next to hyunjin. Everyone loved the blonde but he often declined many people for obvious reasons.
Jeongin made his way back to the classroom and walked in just as the bell rang.
Hyunjin and changbin looked over at him with concerned looks to which he ignored and began writing the notes they needed for their homework that night.
