"How are you feeling?" Mrs. Yang asked as she walked into her sons room and saw him sitting on the floor.

"Im fine," jeongin lied as he set his phone down and looked up at her.

The woman knew all too well that it was a lie. He wasnt okay and probably hadnt been for a while.

"Do you want to talk about any of it?" She asked after a moment.

"No.. I dont have anything to say about it," he said.

What hurt the most was that there was no call or text from chan to see if he was okay. It was silent and he began to realize slowly that they were really over. That in that cafe, was the last time hed probably ever see chan.. Well it was the last time he wanted to. This time, there was no second chance. It was just simply time for the boy to move on with his life and grow.

"....the school called a little bit ago.." Jeongins father said as he walked up behind his mother.

That was the moment that everything changed in his head and in his heart. They knew and in his mind, they believed everything.

"Im not a slut," he said calmly, just so sick and tired of this situation he found himself in ever since meeting chan.

"We know that youre not," mrs. Yang said as she came in the room and sat on her sons bed beside him.

"Then what did they say?"

"They just wanted us to be aware of the situation and by no means are we happy about it." Mr. Yang said, a little sternly

"They advised us to keep you home for the next few weeks, maybe even consider online schooling."

Jeongin didnt say anything. A breath escaping his lips as he was so relieved he didnt have to go back now that his parents were here.

"I can do online.." He said with a nod

The moment his parents met eyes, he knew that there was something else that theyd been speaking about. Ever since they arrived home, theyd had a quieted conversation in the living room. When hyunjin had come over and after hed left, the conversation continued with quiet whispers.

"What?" Jeongin asked a little concerned.

"Your mother and i have been talking.." Mr. Yang said after a moment of silence

"About..?" The boy asked after the silence was drawn out for a few moments.

"Since your grandparents are old and are becoming more ill as they age, we were thinking that we should move up there.. Just to be prepared if anything were to happen-"

"Im not leaving all of this behind," jeongin stated, leaving no room for discussion.

"We already have a house picked out, jeongin," Mrs. Yang said as he carded her hand through her baby's hair "we looked at it and we're working on loans and down payments as we speak."

"Its already done, jeongin," the boys father said with a small nod

"But what about jisung..? What about chan and my other friends? I cant just leave!"

Though the thought might sound appealing if you were in a situation of the sort, jeongin was thinking about the people he loved. The people whom he'd come to really appreciate.

But then again, it was a fresh start. Nobody would know about the video, they wouldnt call him a slut.

He wouldnt get hurt anymore.

It would be a break

"When are we going..?" Jeongin asked, his eyes welling with tears of regret and relief.

The regret for not being with jisung while he had the chance. The regret for not loving chan more while he had the chance. And the relief that he would get to start over with a new chapter of his life. Begin his journey with God all over again and get right. Forget about seungmin and the terrible things he said to him, forget about the video and the title of 'slut' hed been given in the past few days.

But forget about the first person he'd ever loved..?

Forget about his first time.. Forget about everything having to do with the boy named Chan who both ruined and made his life amazing.

"It would be as soon as we got packed.." Mrs. Yang said as she pulled her son into a hug.

"I dont wanna go..," he sobbed out as he hid his face into his moms shoulder "but i hate it here at the same time,"

"I know baby," his mother soothed with a soft small hand running along his back "but things are soon to change.. We do think its best that you cut all ties with your friends before you go.. Say goodbye to jisung tomorrow or call him."

"Sort it out and we will get packing tomorrow," mr. Yang gave his son a pat on the back and walked out of the room with mrs. Yang only after she gave her son a kiss on the head.

A blessing in disguise

Was what jeongin thought in that moment.

They were really leaving.. What was he supposed to tell jisung? His best friend since he was young.

Without thinking, jeongin grabbed his phone and dialed jisungs number as quickly as possible.

"Hello?" The boys voice sounded through the phone, only to be answered by a few sniffles.

Jisung, who was sitting at chans kitchen table put the phone on speaker and motioned for Minho and chan to be quiet.

"Whats wrong?"

"Are you alone..?"

"Yes," he lied "why?"

"My parents know.. About everything that happened at school. They called them and told them about the video and m-my..." Jeongin paused for a second as his voice was choked up.

He was really about to leave years worth of his life behind.. Not to mention the most important five months of those years that was sitting in front of jisung in that very moment.

"..im leaving,"
