"Your dad's here," Jisung said and turned away from the window to look at Jeongin. He hadn't left Chans side for even a second that morning. He dragged him everywhere he went, not caring if it was even to the bathroom together.

That whole morning they'd all stayed pretty close, even Felix staying over and making friends with all of them. It had been a really good night for all of them.

Jeongin looked at Chan with sad eyes and blinked a few times.

"Let's grab your bags," Chan said softly and stood, pulling Jeongin with him. Jeongin reluctantly followed Chan and looked around at all of his friends.

They all seemed just as sad to see him go.

Jeongin grabbed one of his bags and slung it over his shoulder. Chan grabbed the rest and began walking out the door, all of the friends following behind.

Jeongins father stepped out of the car and smiled upon seeing his son.

"How was your week?" His father asked as he opened the trunk and began piling the bags Chan handed him inside. Jeongins mother was in the passenger seat eyeing Chan and his other friends.

"It was good," Jeongin mumbled and sighed as his father closed the trunk.

"We will talk more about it on the way home," he said, "but we will let you say your goodbyes to everyone alright?"

Mr. Yang got back in the car and closed the door. Jeongin turned to all of his friends as Jisung ran up to him and hugged him tightly.

"I hate that you're leaving me again.." he said softly and nuzzled his face into Jeongins neck.

"I'll be back again," Jeongin hugged Jisung tightly, squeezing him for all it was worth and not letting go until Jisung pulled away.

"I love you," Jisung said and ruffled Jeongins hair.

"I love you too," he said and poked jisungs stomach playfully for messing up his hair.

Changbin and Hyunjin came up next. Changbin pat his back and Hyunjin hugged him tightly.

"Come back soon," Changbin smiled and gently scratched the back of the youngers neck before stepping away.

"I'll murder you if you stay away for too long." Hyunjin threatened jokingly.

"I'll be back I promise.."

Felix stepped up next, hugging Jeongin tightly and was surprised to see the younger hug back.

"It was good meeting you!" Felix smiled happily as he pulled away, "travel safe, I hope I can see you again,"

Minho came up as Felix stepped away and pulled the younger into a hug.

"If you don't come see Ji soon, I'll have to actually kidnap you because he's already starting to cry," Minho said and pulled away.

"I'll be back as soon as I can," Jeongin smiled up at Minho.

"I'll miss you, kid," Minho said and patted his shoulder.

"I'll miss you too,"

Chan walked up after everyone had said their goodbyes and smiled sadly at the younger.

"Maybe now your parents will let you have our numbers again.." Chan said softly as he cupped the youngers cheeks and rubbed his thumbs gently across them.

"I hope so.." Jeongin said and smiled sadly up at Chan.

"I love you," Chan whispered and leaned down to kiss Jeongins lips softly.

"I love you too," Jeongin said back when they pulled away. Their first time saying it in an official way and it sent Jeongins heat going haywire. He was a mess on the inside and on the outside his cheeks were blushing a bright red.

"I'll see you soon," Chan said and kissed Jeongins lips one more time before pulling away. He knew that if he kept holding the young her he would never let him go.

Jeongin looked at his friends and Chan as he walked over to the car, tears filling his eyes as he climbed inside. He closed the door and sniffled as he began putting on his seatbelt and rolled down the window.

"Bye!" He called and waved as Jeongins father began backing out of the driveway to jisungs house.

As they drove Jeongin kept waving until they were out of sight. He then rolled the window up and sat in his seat again properly as he watched the town pass by once again.

"How's Chan?" Jeongins mother asked as she too watched the town out the window.

"He's good," Jeongin said softly.

"I can't believe you forgave him after all that," his mother mumbled and shook her head.

"Now, now honey," his father said and patted her leg, "let not upset him,"

"All I'm saying is that he lied to you," his mother said and turned, "he gave you an std and you forgave that,"

"You've always told me to forgive," Jeongin said softly and looked down at his lap.

"Forgiving doesn't mean going and having sex with the same person who did you wrong, Jeongin. Look at those hickeys on your neck— I can't believe that.. what's gonna happen if he lied to you again and this time it's an std you can't get rid of huh?"

Some things never change...

Jeongin shrugged, swallowing hard as his heart hurt. They'd always find something to ridicule him about and it hurt a lot. They might've accepted the fact that he loved a man, but there was always something they'd knit pick, and he was seeing that now more than ever.

"He won't lie to me again," Jeongin said softly.

"How do you know?" His mother demanded.

"I just do, okay?"

"Irresponsible little child," his mother spat and turned back around in her seat, "you're going to church when we get home. We have to get you blessed and cleansed of whatever that man put on your body,"

"He didn't put anything on my body!" Jeongin yelled and let out a harsh breath, "you're not ruining this for me again!"

"He ruined it!" His mother yelled back, "I'm only looking out for you! He corrupted what you could have been! He corrupted everything we taught you!"

"He corrupted nothing!" Jeongin cried out and covered his face for a moment to collect himself.

"Why is it every time I find something that makes me happy you ruin it? You took away my music when you easily could have afforded that bail money! You took Chan and all of my friends away from me by moving me hours away! Why can you not stand the idea of me being happy?"

"Because it's not the way things were intended, Jeongin," his mother gritted through her teeth.

"I don't want to talk to you anymore," Jeongin said and looked out the window again.

"You're going to talk this out with me whether you like it or not," his mother said and turned more in her seat.

"Fine," Jeongin said and turned to look at her.

"Then we can discuss moving plans," he said and shrugged.

"Excuse me?"

"I'm moving back here."
