Chapter 16

I watched rather smugly as Ursula stumbled back, and her purple face that I had just punched contorted into an expression of shock. An angry red mark had been left on her cheek, right where I had punched her.

Dear Walt I had punched Ursula. I had punched Ursula. My smug satisfaction quickly turned into fear as I realized that I had just angered the most powerful sea witch in the world. I could just feel my face pale, just as Aurora and Aladdin's had after they saw my little stunt.

I watched in slight horror and awe as Ursula's jaw twitched, and it looked like she was about to say something before Jafar cut in.

"She's rather spunky no?" He smirked, the words rolling off of his tongue in a heavy accent. "She's got me through a lot of trouble all right." Ursula nodded grimly, carefully rubbing her sore cheek while glaring at me.

Under her intensive gaze, I felt myself withering like a flower in a desert. I cast my eyes downward, trying my best to look innocent. Like she would forgive me! I crossed the line with my little flare up.

When I looked at my friends expressions, I knew that I had probably burned up our slim chances of ever winning this fight. Malificent strode up to the front, holding Aurora's trembling head in her hand for a second.

She let go, her warm smile so pretty, yet she looked so evil. "My darlings! It has been so long since we've seen you!" She gave us a toothy smile before continuing, walking back and forth in front of us like a general giving orders to his soldier.

"As you have probably noticed by now, we are keeping your beloved ones." She rose one long hand, regarding towards the table where Jasmine and Phillip plainly sat. Aurora and Aladdin clenched their teeth, I could tell, but I just felt like a deflated balloon.

No one that I held beloved? Or no one that held me beloved? It was a hard blow to the heart and I felt rather sad and alone.

"Leave Phillip alone!" Aurora burst out through tears. Her face was red, and water flowed from her eyes in continuous streams. Malificent pursed her lips together in a fake pout and walked up to Aurora.

"He'll be fine with us dear." Her smile looked deadly, and the glint in her eyes was somewhat feral, like a lion stalking its prey.

We sure were dead meat.

Aurora turned purple, but she controlled her anger and simply sobbed. Crumpled into the ground,

Aladdin tried to become assertive and firm.

"Leave us be and give us our true loves back!" He yelled, shaking his fists. Suddenly all the villains smiled, turning their heads to look at each other. Something was going on and it couldn't have been good.

My face paled, and I awaited what the villains would tell us, my body tensing up, ready to hear what they had to say.

"Let's see how you save your 'beloved' when you don't even know them!" Jafar cackled, raising his arms to his sides in a magnificent way. Suddenly, all the goons started to mutter magic spells and enchantments under their breath.

"What do you even mean-" Aladdin never got to finish his sentence before black smoke encircled us, making the world around us one big dinky cloud.

I couldn't see anything, and everything was just wind in my ears and blackness everywhere. I was becoming more and more frightened with every second of darkness there was, when suddenly, everything cleared up.

I coughed and looked around, confused, my eyes adjusting to the light. We were in the middle of a desert.
