Where Are We?

Chapter 21

I woke up to the comforting sound of waves crashing against a soft and sandy beach. I dreamed of my father, and all my sisters, and I dreamed of Aladdin, whisking me away on his magic carpet. Maybe this whole 'amnesia' thing with Aurora and Aladdin wasn't so bad after all! Aladdin and I could be together forever, and Eric would be nothing but a bittersweet memory.

A bittersweet memory. I sighed dreamily, the thought so perfect to me, I momentarily forget about all the problems that had been happening to me. That is, only momentarily. Of course my dreams and hopes had o be dashed by the lingering fact that a certain three crazy villains were out to get not only me, but all of Disney! I snapped back into reality and my eyes popped open.

The sun was blazing brightly, and i squinted slightly as I took in the light. It was warm, and the sun seeped into my skin heating up my whole body. I sat up straight and then as I took in my surroundings, gasped slightly. It was beautiful! Directly in front of me was a sparkling blue sea. I took a deep breath in and savored the salty smell of the sea air.

Waves lazily rolled towards the shore softly crashing against the sandy beach and washing up random objects. I noticed a spoon, three dinglehoppers, around five whatchamacallits and a toy doll. I cocked my head to the side wondering how such objects could have been found in the ocean. I quickly got up and walked closer to the sea, observing the objects closely.

All the gadgets were in perfect condition, not even the slightest bit rusty, or even all that wet! I carefully picked up the little toy doll, flicking a piece of seaweed that was stuck in her yellow yarn hair away. "How did you get here?" I murmured softly to the doll, stroking its little red cheeks. The doll's big button eyes simply started at me and I stared back thinkig of possible ways it could have gotten here.

Either there was a piarate nearby..... Or we were in Nevrland! I hoped to Walt Disney we were in Neverland, and then a thought occoured to me. How did we get in neverland in the first place? I gently placed the doll on the sand next to Aurora and Aladdin, who for some reason were still knocked out. Hades must have done something! That idioic god! Know we were even farther away from The Big Three, and this time we weren't even on the same planet as them!

"Are you SERIOUS?" I ran to the ocean yelled to the sky shaking my fist in anger. I must have been awfuly loud because I heard a gasp, and Aladdin sat up straught his eyes frantic. His color had returned, and he no longer looked so weak. "Aladdin!" I sighed in relief and strode back to him and Aurora, attacking him with a hug.

"I'm glad you're okay..." I mumbled into his shoulder as I smoothed his hair down without a thought, shaking the sand out of it. "What happened?" Aladdin sounded confused and pulled away, blushing. "You don't remember? Hades attacked you!" I whisper yelled so Aurora wouldn't wake up. Aladdin rubbed is face with his hands, and then he finally spoke.

"Oh! Yeah Hades was attacking us or somehting," His expression softned and he looked at me for a second. "He was attacking you..." I nodded, glad he was able to recall what had happened before he was knocked out. "Anything else?" I questioned further becoming worried that he had forgotten everything before that. I felt we connected... And maybe he was finally starting to like me!

The thought made me blush a maddeningly red color and I tried to anchor myself back on the ground agian. He's married, he's taken, he's with Jasmine! And you are supposed to be with Eric! I thought to myself, pretending to listen to Aladdin who was stuttering as he tried to come up with his memories. "So what I'm basically saying is, what I remember is us trying to defeat Ursula and Jafar and Malificent-" Wait what? "-and then I just sort of blacked out and suddenly Hades is there and-" He didn't remember what happened between us? And oh yeah, he remember the love of his life, Jamsine."-now we are just on a sandy old beach!" He finished, pushing his hair back with his hands.
