What is your name?

Dusk2Dawn.

How old are you?

Old enough. Lol. ;)

What inspired you to write your first book?

Music. I was listening to Example, Midnight Run. Then I was imagining a girl running through the forest, and it just came from there I guess.

Who is your favourite author and what is it that really strikes you about their work?

Darren Shan because his books have so many twists and turns, so many unexpected answers. He doesn't describe too much, but enough for you to visualize what's going on, and the way his writing style always gave me goosebumps the first time I read it.

What is your favourite theme/genre to write about?

Uh... I don't know... probably werewolf because I love to write and read about it.

Do you see writing as a career?

Yes, I love writing, but I think that it's kind of a risky job, I mean, you don't want your book to be a flop and then go back to the beginning. But then again, I really love to write so... we'll see I guess. Hopefully I won't be a chicken and back out...

But then again, don't hold your breath.

If you could work with any author, who would it be?

Darren Shan!

Do you use real-life facts based on true stories?

Yes, if I experience something in real life, I write my feelings onto paper. I think this is great because it makes the feelings of the characters more realistic and easy to relate to.

Did you ever think you'd be, where you are right now?

That's a really big NO, I never thought I would complete a book but I am so chuffed that I have completed The Love Triangle. Plus, I wouldn't even have known about Wattpad if it weren't for my sister. =)

What advice would you give to people who "run out of creativity" when writing?

Do what you love. If it's running around the kitchen naked, do it. If it's doing Gangnam Style in a swimming pool, do it. If it's kissing a poster of your favourite Disney character, do it... although that would be disturbing to think about. Just do whatever makes you feel bettter, and the creativity will come creeping back.

Do you ever suffer from writer's block? If so, what do you do about it?

Yes! Writer's block is so annoying! But I would strongly recommend that no matter what, PLEASE DO NOT RUSH THROUGH YOUR BOOK AND FORCE YOURSELF TO WRITE! I'm recommending that VERY strongly because I have been through the experience and I've also seen other writer's do this. Just take your time, relax, and eventually it will fade away. Well, that's what works out for me.

Do you have any advice for other writers?

Like I said, never rush through your book, and if you don't get reads at first, don't care, because you should think that you're doing this for yourself, just keep posting and people will start to read. I think that writers should be more focused on their book than votes and comments, and if you've set your mind on something, don't let anyone change it.

Anything fun about yourself you want your fans to know?

I used to have staring competitions with snakes, sometimes I listen to Brazilian-Portuguese songs eventhough I have no idea what they're saying, I am protective over my stuff, I absolutely hate sharing, unless you catch me when I'm in a good mood.

How would you describe yourself?

I am nothing like I seem. You can only find me funny once we are friends, and you'll find me an amazing person once we are close friends... hopefully...

I like a variety of music, I hate bullying more than I hate sharing, and I wish there was world peace. I am a pacifist and lots of people that I know in real life, make fun of that. I am against fighting and I don't think there is anything wrong with that. I am mostly misunderstood by many people, and I'm quite sensitive... but not like those people who cry over a sunset. No, I cry over things that are serious and important to me, I may seem strong but inside I'm not, like all humans. I despise copy cats and people who change infront of others to make themselves look cool.

I love to write, and to make my stories seem unexpected to the reader. I like to make my plots unique to other stories in the same genre, and to me, the name of the character matters because it has to suit their personality. I know myself well but I'm still waiting for someone to realize something about me that I've never noticed... oh, and I hate decision-making.

I hate a lot of things... =S
