What is your name?  

Bella Johnson How old are you?   I am twenty-two... okay, I'm twenty-three... next week...

What inspired you to write your first book?  

My first book ever! It's the Heart Of Hunter's series on my wattpad account. I was walking home from school in grade 7 and envisioned my two main characters walking in front of me. Then I just created the entire world they live and all the drama necessary. Thirteen years later and that's what you get... haha

Who is your favorite author and what is it that really strikes you about their work?  

I don't read "a lot" and the books I usually love, the authors are kinda hidden gems or new to the publishing scene. That being said... yeah, I don't have any omg-obessed authors. I read on and off but mostly just write.

What is your favourite theme/genre to write about?  

LOVE myself fantasy with heavy romance in there! ;)

Do you see writing as a career?

Jeez. that would be a dream come true! Always wanted to see one of my books on the big screen. Yeah, I dream big haha, we'll see. I'm very happy being a wedding photographer and barrel racer though ;)

If you could work with any author who would it be?  

I don't work "the" best in teams. I was a horse rider, never could function well in organized sports... if someone i knew well and I knew we would mesh well together - then I would collaborate with them. However, I am a perfectionist and I like things tight with my stories.

Do you use real-life facts based on true stories?  

I take my knowledge and life experience and bring it into my writing. I also sometimes write characters based off people I know. I like to stick with our world universes as well but with an obvious supernatural twist...

Did you ever think you'd be, where you are right now?

I didn't think ALASKA would be a top werewolf novel and I didn't think it would just kinda we overnight but gotta say it's amazing.

What advice would you give to people who "run out of creativity" when writing?

I always do plot points. Those are the points I need to hit to drive each chapter to the next. So each chapter has a point to bring it all together at the end. If I can't work all these together to get to the end of the plot points, I will not write till I can plot point it all out first. 

Do you ever suffer from writer’s block? If so, what do you do about it?  

COURSE! I usually plateau right after rising conflict... I love getting up to the climax but then I usually need to buckle down and push to get the conflict over with. That sounds awful but that's usually when my writer's block hits!

Do you have any advice for other writers?  

I only write stories that I can't stop thinking about. So stories and characters I'm obsessed with. Then I know the story is worth writing and sharing.

Anything fun about yourself you want your fans to know?  

I like to party... guilty pleasure ;)

How would you describe yourself?  

Overly friendly... I will talk to just about anyone but I know I can be too friendly as in, too interested but that's mostly because I just like meeting and talking to all different types of people. Especially people from different places of the world!  ... just don't put me next to a Brit or Auzzy... I will talk their head off...
