"Don't move."

"I'm trying my best here." Chenle scrunched his face up as that all-too-familiar chill ran down his spine. It tingled at the base and lingered there before making its way back up to the base of his neck. His heart palpitated with his efforts to go against what nature had decided for him. His forehead broke out in a sweat, and all Jisung did was watch and maintain the pheromones until it seemed to be too much for the struggling omega.

The open window beside the lab table let a draught in to circulate and it made it harder for the alpha to keep his pheromones running when he wasn't serious about the command in the first place. The classroom was devoid of life except their own as they had staked out in here for the lunch break to practice.

"I feel like I'm only getting worse."

"You're not, you just can't see the progress."

Mark was finally back in school today and was keeping Donghyuck company somewhere outside. Whispers were spreading as to why a ranked alpha like Jisung was neglecting his friends to hang out with the infamous Chenle. The elder wanted to ask but it didn't seem like something he should mention. The other alphas were wondering what had attracted one of their members to the pretty but unconventional troublemaker. It had only been almost a week but it was noticeable. "This is getting tedious. It probably won't work."

Jisung stood up and slipped his hands into his pockets, leaning against the lab table. He didn't want to give false hope by boosting morale, so he didn't. "I know it's off topic, but my dad was wondering how you're doing." Not to mention, the weekend was approaching and with the free time, Chenle and his 'friends' would probably strike again.

"He means 'will Chenle be sitting across from me in my office on Saturday afternoon', right?" No answer meant a probable agreement. He also stood up and moved towards the door. "I guess we'll see." Then he held the door open for the other to follow him out.

Jisung walked beside him through the hallway lined with students eating lunch and chatting. The large group that the younger usually hung out with was at the end, as usual by the set of lockers, and watched the two pass. Jisung sent them a chill wave and they silently nodded back in acknowledgement. And that was that, or so Chenle thought. Two boys broke away from the group and caught up to them.

Sensing them before they reached them, Jisung and Chenle turned around.

"Jisung. Hey," one of them greeted with an upbeat voice and joined the taller boy at his right. The other arrival joined Chenle at his left. There was a chipper energy off them. A bit too chipper to be fully comfortable around. "What has kept you away from us?" On queue, the two looked at Chenle in interest.

The one beside the Chinese boy leaned down to meet eyes with him while they walked, then closed the gap to sniff him quite obviously. "He smells like..." Well, there wasn't really a scent at all.
