You stood outside the small café, chewing on your bottle lip. "Y/n, you'll be fine, just be yourself." Olivia encouraged me.

"But what if she doesn't like me, what if she doesn't like the way I laugh, what if she doesn't like the way I walk, what if she doesn't like my accent. Oh my god, what if she like totally hates British people." You freaked out even more.

Olivia sighed and held your hands in yours, "well I love the way you laugh, and so will she, I love the way you walk and so will she and I love British people, especially you, so she will-"

"Love me too?" You asked and Olivia nodded before going in for a kiss.

As soon as you stepped in you spotted a beautiful brunette seated alone with a coffee in her hand.

Olivia walked up to her and gave her a big hug, "oh good your here, I thought you'd stay at the door the whole time." Her mom said and Olivia chuckled.

"Yeah well 'Miss.She won't like my british accent' was too afraid and needed some extra time to prepare for you' Olivia joked and looked at you. You immediately blushed out of embarrassment but somehow you managed to look at Sophia.

"Oh honey, no need to be nervous, I'm so glad to finally meet you, Olivia told me so much about you." you smiled and wanted to shake her hand but to your surprise, she pulled you into a hug. "It's so nice to meet you too Mrs. Rodrigo."

"Just call me Sophia, sweetheart." you just smiled at how nice she was and took a seat next to Liv. You ordered three coffees and you started a conversation with Sophia about how you miss your friends and family back in England. You had no idea why you were so nervous about this meeting. She was so sweet and you had a wonderful time.

She also asked a lot about you, even though Olivia probably told her everything before, she told you stories about your girlfriend when she was younger and you got the chance to see a video of Olivia playing her first guitar.

"We should get going. We promised y/n's best friend to stop by" Olivia said after 2 hours of talking.

"Jesus, I totally forgot about that!" you jumped up and reached for your bag to get your wallet out but Sophia stopped you. "It's my treat, honey. See you on Friday! Take care and Olivia, don't mess it up! She's a great girl. Oh, and drive safe!" she winked at her daughter and went to pay the bill.

You looked at Olivia, you could tell she was still in shock. "I genuinely love your mom!" you laughed. "Looks like she adores you as well. I have never seen my mom being so excited and curious about someone I've dated before."

"She really is fantastic. Everything makes sense now. With a mom like her, it's not so surprising that you're perfect. I hope too, that you won't mess this up" you teased her.

Olivia giggled and pulled you in a passionate kiss. "I love you, y/n."

"And I love you too, Olivia."
