"Hey babe." Olivia walked into our shared room, a smile on her face.

You didn't answer your mind too busy thinking of what your friends told you a couple days ago.

"Babe?" She say beside you on the bed, "you okay?"

You took in a deep breath, "Somebody told me that you
Got another lover you've been giving it to." You said on the verge of tears as Olivia's eyes widen.

She goes to talk but you interrupt her, "I can't believe I believed you- you were my girl."

"Y/n I- they're probably a friend." She tried to cover up but you scoffed.

"Somebody saw you with him
Now you're try'na tell me that he's only a friend," you wiped a tear rolling down your cheek.

You got up from the bed, "Maybe I should have noticed
You were just half in love." You said mostly to yourself.

"He doesn't mean anything to me... I promise."

"Maybe I should have noticed
That I'm not the only one." You said walking out the room.

Older Girl
(Happy)

"Umm..." you clear your throat. Olivia looked at you expectedly as she poured you a glass of wine.

"I don't know how to say this. So I'm just gonna say it." You rushed out and Olivia nodded.

"I've been dating other people while we've been seeing each other." You paused, "and I was under the impression that you were too."

Olivia smiled at you softly, "um no, just you."

You take in a deep breath, "I find that hard to believe." You say and Olivia furrows her eyebrows, "oh yeah? And why is that?"

"Because your gorgeous and young and-" okay maybe Olivia was younger then you but it was still legal... "and you have a full life ahead of you, and I've kinda already lived one."

Olivia scoffs, "come on, your only a couple years older then me."

"Try ten..." you say and Olivia sighs putting down her wine glass, "y/n, your interesting... and smart... and sexy." You grin at Olivia.

"Do you know how hard it is to find all these qualities in someone?" You laugh softly.

Olivia continued, "at any age? But I know you just divorced a couple months ago... so if you feel like you need to date other people and see what else is out there-"

You cut her off, "I- no. No. It's not that, I just- its-"

"It's just what?"

"I just didn't expect to meet someone I liked so much at this point in my life." You say softly.

Olivia nods knowingly, grabbing your glass and handing it to you, "I'm not asking you to move in or anything." You chuckled, "but Uh- I think we should give this a shot."

You nodded agreeing clinking your wine glasses together before taking a sip.
