All art done by me. what's the worst that could happen? A lot of my early stuff is pretty bad but then there's like a massive leap forward in quality, lol. You are allowed to use my art AS LONG AS YOU CREDIT ME AND TELL ME YOU HAVE DONE SO.
I decided to take the dive... If you haven't heard of Halo, it's an Xbox exclusive FPS. It would take too long to explain the whole story so I'll give you a synopsis of the original trilogy after I show you some fan art that I'm actually proud of. I decided to do the MK 4 armor from the spinoff Halo Wars, AKA my favorite armor! Oh and if you would direct your attention to the header, you may notice something about the video. Anything... Look familiar? Yeah, I have my own YouTube channel, lol. Don't post much, just have two songs I made. One is Arnec's theme, other is what is above. Anyways, here's the helmet I did!

And holy cow does it look good to me!!! Decided to add some "eyeliner" so that the visor "pops" more. I've decided not to color it for now but more likely will. Anyways, here's how the armor looks in Halo

Alright, plot time! This is really long and I'm leaving out a lot of details! I mean it, it's freaking huge!
Halo Combat Evolved (1st game): The Master Chief (You) wake up from cryo sleep where you've been chased by alien ships. These aliens are the Covenant. Humanity and the Covenant have been at war for the past 20 odd years. You're forced to abandon ship to protect the AI Cortana (yes, that's where Windows got the name, lol.) from capture. You land on a mysterious ring world, known as a Halo. The ship you were on crash lands and most the crew is captured. You infiltrate a Covenant ship and get most the crew back, including the captain, Keyes. Le time skip and you're told to investigate an ancient facility, as the captain and his marine escort squad disappeared in there. You go in and something is off. Your motion tracker picks up stuff in the trees, like something is watching... The Covenant, whom have killed billions of humans at this point of the war, are running in fear. Something is wrong. You go in, find a dead marine and watch his helmet cam recording to find out what happened. A horrific beast had been awakened. The Flood, a parasite. You fight your way out, before being greeted by a machine known as "343 Guilty Spark" and it turns out, this is his ring. He takes you to another part of the ring, several things happen as you find the activation index for the ring, get betrayed because firing the ring will kill everyone, 343 Guilty Spark mad, and you find the captain on a Covenant ship. Except... The Flood have infected him... He's part of their hive mind... Chief kills him, taking his brain implants so they can get to the crashed ship and detonate it's reactor. This will destroy the ring. You fight through the ship and activate the self destruct sequence, only for 343 to make his return. He intervenes, stopping the countdown. You head to the engine room and destroy the reactors, causing them to overload. Quickly you get to the hangar via Warthog (which is a gun truck) and find a Longsword (basically imagine a B-2 Spirit bomber. They're very similar) and escape, the ship exploding the ring and destroying it. 343 survived however...
Halo 2 (excluding Arbiter scenes because this would be twice as long): back at earth, Chief gets a new set of armor and goes to a ceremony before the Covenant done something nobody expected: they finally found Earth. It's time for humanity's last stand. You fight through the station, when it's revealed the Covenant have been planting bombs and blowing them up from the inside. You quickly find the one in the Cairo (Cairo is the station) and Chief shows why he's cool. Because he rides the bomb out an airlock and into a Covenant supercarrior, blowing it up from the inside before floating into a friendly frigate. How is that not cool!? Anyways, the Covenant are invading Earth. You fight on the ground in Africa, New Mombasa to be specific, where the Covenant's lead ship attempts to escape. You get back to the frigate and just barely catch up as it goes through a slipspace portal. Then it's revealed... Another Halo. This, is Delta Halo. You get on the ground, attempting to find and assassinate one of the Covenant leaders, known as a prophet. You find him but right after killing him, the Covenant have arrived en masse, nearly l every ship in their massive army has arrived, bringing their flying holy city, High Charity, with them. They found you, and attempt to kill you by firing a giant glassing laser. Chief dives into the water, getting dragged away by mysterious tentacles... He's unconscious but wakes up, seeing a horrific looking being. This being is the Gravemind, leader of the Flood. As it turns out, Delta Halo has a bad infestation, and the Covenant want to fire the ring. The Gravemind forces you to stop them, sending you to High Charity. You get there and save some marines as you attempt to find the other two prophets. After a chase, you find one. The Prophet of Mercy. He's got a Flood infection form around his neck, trying to eat him alive. After a brief talk, you go to chase the last Prophet, Truth. You barely get on his ship, ending the Chef's story in 2. Meanwhile the Arbiter, a former Covenant member, is working with the UNSC (the humans) to prevent the ring from firing. They are successful, but Delta Halo did send out a beacon. All Halo rings are now primed and ready to fire. This will kill everything in the galaxy... All it needs, is the Ark. Meanwhile Cortana is left behind on High Charity, the Flood spreading...
Halo 3: Chief is unsuccessful in his attempt to kill Truth, and is forced to jump. He falls through the earth's atmosphere before landing in Africa. Luckily, his armor had locked, saving his life. It turns out the Covenant are back on Earth, and digging for something. New Mombassa is now little more than a crater. But in the crater... Forerunner... (Forerunners are the ones who made the Halo rings) everyone thinks this is the Ark, but it is merely a portal. The fight isn't over... A flash of light, the portal opens... The Covenant escapes... But it's not over. A Covenant cruiser breaches atmosphere, disgusting pukish brown smoke coming off of it as it crashes into the city Chief is in. This ship, is full of Flood! Chief then hears that Cortana is onboard that cruiser. Him and Arbiter fight to it, getting inside. 343 guilty spark returns... It wasn't Cortana in the ship, but rather a recording, a warning... They have to get to the Ark. A third of Africa is glassed to prevent the Flood from spreading. Meanwhile the Elites, a race of aliens that used to be part of the Covenant and the same race as Arbiter, send their fleet and the human ship Forward Unto Dawn through the portal, where the Ark awaits. They fight in space and in the ground, Truth being in the control room of the Ark. After a long battle, High Charity returns, infected by the flood with chunks of the ship breaking off and spreading the parasite. Chief fights through Flood and Covenant before reaching the control room, the Gravemind offering to help. The Flood helped Chief and Arbiter get to where Truth was. Arbiter kills Truth via energy sword to the back. They try to escape with a Pelican (dropship, looks pretty cool) but the Gravemind betrays them... They have to escape another way, and they do. But it's revealed that the Ark isn't like a Halo ring... It makes them. They devise a plan, fire the ring. This will destroy the Flood and what remains of the Covenant. But first, they need the index... And the only person who has that, is in High Charity, in the Flood's hive... Chief goes through, finding Cortana at near death. They blow the reactors to High Charity, narrowly escaping. Time to finish the fight... They go on the new Halo ring, it being a replica of the one from Combat Evolved. The flood is still trying to stop them, but they push through. They go to activate the ring, when Spark reveals a problem: the ring isn't finished. If they fire it, it will destroy the ring and the Ark. But his pleas are ignored and he betrays you, again. A boss fight ensues and you destroy him, activating the ring and having to escape with a warthog as the ring explodes. You and Arbiter are barely able to get on the Forward Unto Dawn before the ring explodes. Arbiter gets to the bridge and right as the portal closes... The ship is sheared in half... And you were on the back end. Arbiter makes it to earth in the front of the ship, hinting that you may still be alive. Indeed you are, but far away from any friendly forces. You enter cryo sleep, where you'd be asleep for a while...
If you want a more in depth summary, Halo Canon is probably your best bet. He goes into a lot of detail. In fact, his summary of Combat Evolved is I believe half an hour long. Yeah, I skipped a LOT of details.
