All art done by me. what's the worst that could happen? A lot of my early stuff is pretty bad but then there's like a massive leap forward in quality, lol. You are allowed to use my art AS LONG AS YOU CREDIT ME AND TELL ME YOU HAVE DONE SO.
So I've went and tweaked him a bit more. Also, I gave him a mustache! A little one, but it gets the job done. And since he's 17, (yes, he's older than Sonic.), he'd be able to grow one. The song I feel fits with him and Tangle when fighting together. Anyways, here it is!
