Corrupted Arnec

So this is what happens when Arnec touches the Chaos Emeralds. This is because his kind (Demons, or in his case: half Demons) have Dark Chaos energy. Basically there's light chaos (angel) and dark chaos (demon), and finally neutral chaos. Neutral chaos is like the Chaos Emeralds and stuff. Since Arnec's blood has Dark Chaos energy, neutral chaos energy causes his darkness to come through. His ears grow to a point, as do his teeth, and he gets his demon form wings. He also gains the ability to break the 4th wall, shown when he directly mentions that Sonic has plot armor, proven by how he managed to NOT kill everyone by opening a portal to Mobius next to the bloody sun. In real life, that would have killed everyone on Mobius because the sun's heat would go through the portal, which is why I stopped reading the IDW Comics... Also, little known fact about Arnec is he actually doesn't like Sonic, like at all. He's cool about Shadow and loves Silver! (while being straight, if Arnec was into guys he'd definitely be with Silver! Also he frequently hangs out in Silver's garden because it reminds him of the garden his mother had.)

"So Sonic, still think you're a hero? Look at what you did to me! There's no plot armor to protect you... Know what it's like to lose? Answer's no, because you've never lost anything. I have lost something..."
"During the Zombot virus, I lost-"
"Absolutely nothing! And you had your sacred plot armor making sure that you would win... Must be nice, getting a cheat code at the most convenient time... Wish that would've happen when I watched my mother die in front of me! I was only 12, and I lost it all... You haven't lost jack! I spent 5 years trying my best to become the best person I can be. I trained for years. I wasn't just given everything like you were. I worked for it... Your speed? Given. My speed? It took me years to work my way up to how fast I can go. Meanwhile as soon as you could walk, you were breaking the sound barrier. Must be nice, being given everything in life... You don't deserve being leader, so come on... Let's... Dance!"
*Arnec laughs maniacally, Tangle runs up to him, him walking by her*
"Arnec, please don't hurt him!"
"Out of my way, he's mine! A wolf never let's their prey get away!"
*Arnec gets on all fours and howls, his wings spreading. Sonic runs, Arnec pursuing right behind him...*

Spoilers for that last bit, nobody technically wins. Arnec's normal self manages to overpower his darkness. Still manages to hurt Sonic though by hitting him in the stomach when Sonic went super speed, breaking his ribs. Also the Restoration later has a schism, with Shadow and Rouge forming their own organization similar to G.U.N. And Arnec becomes a part of it. It's called "G.A.R.M.", or "Guardian Angels of a Restored Mobius". Garm is from Norse mythology and is the guard dog of Hell, so it kinda fits considering the Demon realm is the Mobian equivalent of Hell... Although a lot more peaceful. I mean sure, the sky's red and the weather ain't exactly great, but it's not THAT bad! Tangle soon after joins him and they become some of the best agents for the organization. So yeah, Arnec hates Sonic, a lot... I mean, Sonic ain't my favorite either! But I don't hate him or anything. And it may seem excessive, Arnec's hatred, but you have to think about it from his perspective. He was raised to believe that when you're in battle, making sure your friends make it is just as important as winning. Trash talking is just a waste of time and risks losing someone because while you were talking, someone snuck up on your friends and now has an advantage on them. So in conclusion:
Sonic = hates him.
Shadow = his ally, respects him.
Silver = makes him question his sexuality!

Biggest inspiration was super Nero from DMC V  (DMC V is one of my favorite games if you couldn't tell, lol.):
