Jack stared in confusion as he heard the sleighs bells, and strangely, North's shouts as he gripped tightly on the reins of the Reindeer. Jack and Jamie watched as the sleigh collided into buildings, landing on the bitumen roughly.
North began to shout and call as the Reindeer unbuckled themselves from the sleigh and ran off into the night, his frail body pulling itself up inside the old ransacked sleigh.
"Ah, moi deti! Come back!" He cried, his beloved deer now gone.
"North, are you okay?" Tooth asked, worry filling her voice as she helped him up. Even her feathers were now disappearing.
"Is official. My powers are kaput." He said, wrapping an arm around Tooth to hold them both up, it sounded like he was a little tipsy to be honest. Tooth sighed as the sleigh collapsed in on itself; accidentally dropping North, she gasped and pointed into the sky. "Look!"
Jack flew out of Jamie's bedroom window and onto the bitumen, concern for his friends immediately filling his eyes.
"Jack! Jack!" Tooth cried, flitting out of the sleigh and crawling along the pavement. It seemed that now that she wasn't believed in, she couldn't walk either. Jack immediately helped the fairy to her feet, allowing her to brush herself off, "Are you okay...?"
"What are you doing here?" North asked, his thick Russian accent still lacing his deep voice, it never get's old.
"Same as you." Jack replied, turning around as Jamie ran out of his house and out onto the road, staring at the Guardians in shock and wonder.
"The last light..." North said, straightening up slightly. Tooth and Jack couldn't believe how only one child could make such a difference.
"Wow! It is you!" Jamie squealed, running over towards them and holing North's larger hand. "I mean it is you! I knew it wasn't a dream!" He laughed, turning back to Jack, who chuckled at the boy's excitement.
"Jack...he see's you..." North mumbled, astonishment filling his voice. Neither he or Tooth could believe it. Jack smiled, gently elbowing Jamie as if they were siblings.
"Wait, but, where's Bunny and Mom?"
"Losing Easter took it's toll on all of us," North replied, moving to the side so they could all see the sleigh, "Bunny, most of all..."
To be honest, whatever Jack was expecting, it definitely wasn't this. They all watched as a tiny little Bunny hopped out of the sleigh, his little nose twitching quickly.
"Oh no..."
Bunny hopped out onto one of the destroyed wings of the sleigh, sniffing the air decisively. Jamie began to laugh, "That's the Easter Bunny?"
"Now somebody see's me!" Bunny shouted,, standing on his hind legs yet still remaining quite small, "Where were you a few hours ago, mate?"
"What happened to him?" Jamie questioned, watching as North and Jack simply glanced at each other. "He used to be huge and cool! And now he's...cute." Jamie said, scratching Bunny behind the ears and watching his leg begin to kick.
"Oh- oh that's good-" Bunny purred, only to groan in frustration and glare at Jack. "Did you tell him to say that? You know only one person is allowed to call me that." Bunny growled, bounding off the sleigh and kicking Jack's shins. He was harmless. "That's it! Let's go! Me and you! Come on!"
"No. Actually, he told me you were real," Jamie said, kneeling onto the concrete between Bunny and Jack, "Just when I started to think that maybe you and Ms (Y/N) weren't..."
