"Capture Demitrius Scourge."

The mirror was held in your hand tightly, yet nothing happened. No magic, no enchantments. Nothing.

"W-What...?" You mumbled, still dangling in the air, "C-Capture Demitrius Scourge!"

Silence.

The Booking Glass, the weapon that had been hidden away for hundreds of years, had finally been taken out of hiding. And it was broken?

Demitrius grinned at you, flicking his nail against the mirror and shattering it into millions of pieces.

"Oops. Looks like you'll have seven years of bad luck," he chuckled, pulling out another mirror from his own satchel and destroying it in his hands, "too bad you only have a few minutes left to your life."

Both shattered mirrors dropped into the sea of clouds, both the fake and the real one. Your wrist slipped from his grasp. Every waking moment, your desperate wish to have your wings returned to you, would never come true.

Shouts pierced the air as your body disappeared beneath the clouds, the sounds of Rogue, Vanish, Jack...their cries and shouts as they and the Knights beat their fists against the dome.

Perhaps it was finally your time, perhaps Manny will finally let you go. Maybe, you've fulfilled your destiny as a Guardian, you hoped Jamie wouldn't notice you were gone.

As you fell, you pondered over the memories of everyone. The memories you shared with your family, the children, your friends. Your eyes closed, falling in silence as air swirled past your ears.

This world was such a beautiful place, but you were an Alien to it, forced to be brought upon it by something far greater. You weren't destined to be here. You weren't meant to live past the War.

Everything was peaceful when you arrived, you met Erebus, a kind, yet stern beast who showed you the world. You met children all across the globe, tribes that had also welcomed you into their own. It was strange, that's how you met Demitrius, a chiefs son.

But then you met Bunny, the dashing pooka who had stolen your heart. It was a shame that this may be the end of your story, you wished you could have shown him your true love.

All your memories, meeting the Guardians, being a mother, finding Jack at that lake...everything happened for a reason. Your death, your newfound friends, your life.

You were just grateful that you had made some lives a little happier.

"I know you're thinking again,"

Your eyes snapped open out of your daze, you body was floating rather than falling.

"You hit the water quite hard, (Y/N)," the voice came.

You stared forward, holding in your breath. A small, round man floated before you, seated with his legs crossed. He was sipping on tea? In the ocean?

"It's been a long time since we've last spoken, hasn't it," Manny said, staring at you, "you can breath."

You immediately gasped for air, a bubble appearing around your head, "you're...you're..."

"I know, I'm really here."

"B-But how?!" You shouted, "I never thought you'd return to earth after everything that has happened!"

"That is what I thought too," he replied, "but I watched what was happening. You seemed to have put on quite the show."

"And it was all for nothing!" You cried, "It's the end for me...I just wish...I could give Rogue everything she wanted..."

"You think this is the end?"
