"I win."

"You cloned yourself?!" You shrieked, fear filling your voice.

"Did you honestly forget that I too, know my fair share of magic," he chuckled, "and besides, I got in one more dance with you last night. That and...a kiss of course."

You gagged, your stomach threatening to force all it's contents out once more. Even Rogue was shocked, pulling herself out of Vanish's grip.

"Listen, no hard feelings?"

"No hard feelings?!" You shouted, "you are the cause of everyone's suffering! It is your fault that I am this way!"

"Well if you had just allowed me to be King," he said, pausing to fix his glove, "we might not be here."

"Why would I let you rule over an Empire with your wicked ways!?" You cried, stepping down off the platform and standing before him, "And you? Be King? Over my fucking dead body."

"Your body is dead remember?" He said, "it's still on Hyperion, is it not? The Planet where your precious Man in the Moon has completely stopped time? Trapping your home inside a bubble?"

Your breath hitched for a moment, thinking of something to say.

"And well, would you look at that," Demitirius perked up, looking to the wall behind you, "Is that Sandman and Pitch? Standing side by side? Never expected that."

Sandy and Pitch's eyes widened as they glanced to each other. Pitch gripped onto his scythe and Sandy held his whip, both of their expressions filled with concern and anger.

"Face it (Y/N), even if you kill me, I've won anyways," Demitrius continued, "of course...unless you want to make this a real competition. I know how competitive you truly are."

You raised an eyebrow at his words, listening impatiently.

"I have a proposal, say we play one of our all time favourite games," he began, "and if I win, I get to become King."

"And if I win, I get to kill you."

"That's fair," he chuckled, holding his hand out while still being cuffed, "well? What do you say?"

The people surrounding you waited for your answer, each moment passing felt as if everyone was nearing their death. They knew how competitive you were, especially when it comes to bets.

"Deal," you said, shaking his hand tightly, "and the game?"

Demitrius's eyes also widened as well, attempting to think on what he could possibly win going against you. Then it struck him.

He stared into your eyes, as if you were reading each other's minds. His determined glare pierced your own, his sharp grin shimmering between the light of the crystals.

Your lips parted for a moment, the realisation hitting you. You smirked, "Done."

"Then I shall see you at the arena," He chuckled, "I suggest you be prepared."

You nodded to the Guards, who immediately held Demitrius tightly, dragging him off as he smirked.

You sighed, relief washing over you as you didn't have to execute anyone just yet. The people that surrounded you were confused, fearful.

"I want my best dragon riders on my team."

Panic was immediately sent through everyone's bodies. They knew what you meant by Dragon Rider's. They knew exactly what type of games you were going up against.

You were about to speak once more, but your arm was yanked back by Vanish, who was dragging both you and Rogue out of the Throne Room and into a separate one. The others, confused of course, followed suit.

"Are you crazy?!" Vanish shouted, "Dragon Games?! The Dragon Games??!"

You sighed, "Vanish I know they're dangerous but-"

"Dangerous?! That's just the tip of the iceberg!" She continued to shout, "they're banned remember?!"

"Banned?" North perked up, scratching his beard,"vhat is so horrible that it is banned?"

You gulped, "Dragon Games. We haven't held them in hundreds of years because there were people who often cheated. Many ended up injured."

Sandy immediately pointed in the air, the image of a golden dragon appearing above his head.

"Yes, Sandy has once joined us in the Dragon Games before I unfortunately banned them," you said, "it was so fun to get together and have a simple game..."

"But when it's Dad he's going to cheat! That's how he works!" Rogue cried.

"Then ah say we play his game," Bunny said, "if we see 'im cheatin', guess it's fair play if we do too."

"We?" You, Vanish and Rogue inquired, "oh heavens no, you will all be on the sidelines," you finished.

"And vhy is that?" North continued, raising a brow.

"Literally none of you have any idea how to ride a dragon."

"Oi! I've ridden one before, Sheila," Bunny said, thumping his foot against the floor.

"That's because you were with me, Bunny," you giggled, "but in all seriousness, none of you have any idea what you would be doing."

"But it's more dangerous for you, (Y/N)!" Vanish shouted, "what if something bad happens?"

"I'll be fine Vanish," you smiled, "I am the one who created the Dragon Games."

"Still...it doesn't sit right with me..." she said, "what if he's planning something?"

"Oh I already have a plan!" You said gleefully.

"And what would that be?"

"Simple. If anything happens, I can just use the booking glass!"

Their eyes lit up slightly as you mentioned the seemingly powerful weapon. You smiled.

"If you say so..." she finished, "I'll go and ready a team, then we'll head for the Arena at dawn," with that, Vanish disappeared out of sight. You sighed.

"Well, I do suppose I should go and get ready," you said with a smile, "my dragon armour should still fit, hopefully."

With that, you too walked off to prepare, Rogue following behind you. It was as if you were preparing to go to an actual battle at this point.

"Ah gotta bad feelin' bout this mate..."
