It was a miserable month for Faye dealing with her issues beside Emma who constantly cried and blamed herself, London calling the two of them to check on them but they have yet to respond. London would send texts as if she was still in a relationship with Faye but as for her...it was over. It would be hard to talk to London as if that night didn't occur; not caring about another breakup but more of how Emma felt during the whole thing. Pandora trying her best to make Emma happy but failing at every opportunity, as she seemed to go out by herself for hours at a time just sulking in misery.
Faye sits in her new favorite Pizza shop, her friends she met earlier in the year still on the vacation traveling the world. Faye was by herself dealing with this; still looking forward to her weekly therapy that somehow had gotten better over time. She was a nervous wreck sitting with her foot rapidly tapping the floor, taking a sip of soda glancing at the door tucking her navy blue hair behind her ears, twenty minutes ahead of the meet. The second guessing popping in if this was in her right mind or the possibility this could set her back...but whatever it was...she went to make the effort so here she was.
Faye looks down her heart leaping at every stranger coming in ordering, she somehow couldn't help but feel more lost than she was originally as the seconds past by. She gets up shaking her head in disappointment of herself, grabbing her stuff heading out the shop with a heavy heart waiting like a fool. The warm breeze welcoming her taking a step before she was stopped, "Faye." A familiar deep voice making goosebumps form. "Is that you?"
Faye swallows hard, slowly turning around to see William stand before her...Her eyes wide at how much had changed. He somehow was more taller with much more muscle...his hair now long dyed black considering how successful his Football toke off right after high school, a random lady exclaiming his name with joy as he gives his big charming smile, the women walking off knowing it was probably a fan of his. Faye looks at the ground dressed in leggings with a lace red velvet shirt, her navy blue hair in waves as it grew more in the past month. What could she say? She was stunned thinking of how she just left him and how he was still crawling back.
William notices how she was in shock by her expression taking a step towards her but she backs up, "Faye?" She suddenly shakes her head slightly. "Faye, what's the issue?"
"I dunno." She finally speaks biting down on her lip. "I don't know why you came after everything."
"Faye..." He gives a small smile giving the obvious answer making her look down at the ground. "Don't be like this."
"This was a mistake." Faye blurts out ready to walk away but William grabs her arm with desperation. "Will-"
He cuts her off as he pulls in for a hug, he ignored her tensing up as she had no reaction at all but the comfort remembering how good it felt too have her back was overwhelming. Sudden tears falling down his eyes as he tightens his grip with Faye stunned by the contact expecting some soft of physical fight between them. "Oh, Faye I missed this." He whispers with her looking up at his green eyes. The life filling back into him as she had guilt. "Faye, you look beautiful."
"I know." She says with tears as they both laugh softly. "My God, Will...What the fuck are we doing?"
"I dunno." He says pulling away as she suddenly felt exposed, looking around nervously.
"Are you hungry?" She ask wanting to break the silence, he looks at the Pizza shop before meeting her eyes, falling back into love again.
"Why don't I cook us a homemade meal?" William says making Faye uneasy. "I promise, it's just as friends."
She narrows her eyes at him, "Just as friends then."

After hours of talking and eating in Williams hotel room, bonding and gossiping about the things they have happened after the separation, they both grew more and more close as if anything in the past never happened, no care in the world even if trauma was brought up. William glowing since he was with Faye while she toke the 'as friends' literal and dodged her normal flirting and continued to talk, ignoring Williams seductive remarks.
Faye sets down her wine as she swallows her last sip as William laughs telling her a story with his friends out on the field as if he was reliving the funny event. He was expressive with his hands, his face full of life the more he went on and one as Faye was just happy to have a distraction knowing when she would leave with the misery knocking. He finally sighs finishing the story, "Wow I definitely talked more than I should've."
Faye smiles while laughing, "No, no don't even worry." She assures him before William's smile turns quick to distress. Faye furrows her brows as he takes in a deep breath.
"Fuck, Faye." His voice agitated. "What are we doing-Or what-what am I doing?"
"William, this isn't anything wrong."
"Yes!" He exclaims. "Yes it is...Something happened with you and London otherwise you would've kept dodging my texts." He scoffs. "I'm so dumb to think this was a good idea."
"William...what the fuck are you going on about? There's nothing between us."
Williams eyes snap at Faye in rage before grabbing the wine bottle , smashing it against the wall, "You can't pretend like our life together didn't exist, Faye!" He yells at her. "You can't do that to me, Faye!"
Faye's face emotionless, "That life we lived was a mistake, Will." She speaks coldly making him softly gasp. "I was so into this fairytale...when there's no such thing...W-We don't belong together!" She finally yells. "We were on the brink of being serial killers, Will! I wasn't going to live a life I never wanted!"
"I gave you my all, Faye!" He screams his face bright red.
"Nothing you give me will ever be enough." Faye speaks getting up from her seat as his face drops with hurt, she makes her way towards the door hearing him call her name but she walks out not even looking back at him, regretting this decision.
