London sat in her bed quietly full of boredom with Faye on her mind the conversation replaying over and over about Faye thinking London was stupid for believe in love while she was in love with her. It hurt to know that Faye felt like that and it made London feelings hurt , I'm never going to have a chance with her. London turned to her side closing her eyes trying to sleep instead of breaking her heart over and over again thinking of Faye's words.
A sudden pounding on her window made her jump up seeing Faye telling her to open the window. "What the fuck?" London murmured switching on her lamp before slipping out of bed. She opened the window "what-" Faye stepping in grabbing London tightly sobbing into her chest. London furrowed her brows pushing away that she had never seen Faye cry and to be here happening in front of her eyes shocked her.
"She's dead, Faye. My mom is dead."
"What?" London said her heart pounding still trying to process everything "What do you mean?"
Faye's body began to shake crying harder and harder . London's heart dropped, she hated seeing people cry. "She-She killed herself." Faye hiccuped holding London tighter "I was-was so mean to her London I hate myself. She's dead! She's gone!" Faye tried to stop her crying. She hated feeling weak and to see other people watch her break down in tiny pieces but in this moment in London's arm she felt safe. In a first time in a long time Faye didn't care about anything else all she wanted was comfort. All those thoughts in her head telling her to leave and to never speak to London again after this she pushed them all to the side and held London as if she was going to lose her tomorrow.
London couldn't stand seeing Faye like this; she wasn't a person to cry so easily and although London didn't understand what exactly had happened with her mother it obviously upsetted her. She wasn't going to stand there and say nothing while Faye was breaking down in front of her; this was her chance to prove London wasn't one of those people who stood there and seemed like they didn't care. She was going to prove Faye wrong for doubting London, Faye needs support and London was here for that.
"Faye." She spoke placing her hands on Faye's cheeks seeing her face red and wet with the tears that were still falling down. "I want you to know that whatever happens with your mother I will stand beside here with you. Whatever happens i won't leave you and I hope you don't push me out again and leave me standing alone." She said seeing Faye's face soften "I want you to know I love you Faye, you're the best thing that's happen to me since I came to California. You're the first person to show me there's more to life after my fathers death. You've shown me a lot even though you push me out at times but I know it's because your protecting yourself. I love you so much Faye." London's eyes began to tear up those three words coming from many emotions that rose in her. She didn't like seeing Faye break down like this, she couldn't stand it. "I love you with everything and I don't want to lose you. I know how much you loved your mother even thought she wasn't the best but I'm sure she knew you loved her...she was suffering and it was her time to go Faye maybe you weren't ready for it but she was Faye. She loved you even if she showed it in fucked up ways she adored you Faye." A tear slipped out from her eye.
Faye sniffed wiping it from her cheek seeing London's face full of love. That was all Faye ever wanted in life; love. And here was London confessing her heart out to Faye who tried to shut her out. "I love you too London." Faye whispered running a hand through her hair before cupping her cheek. Is this real? Am I dreaming? What was this? Faye's heart beat raced faster and faster staring into London's blue eyes before Faye kissed her. Fireworks bursted through them as they shared another kiss. In that exact moment, it was piece of the puzzle they both found and it was a perfect fit. A swarm of hope over came Faye in that moment, the little girl she thought she lost smiled- a real smile- that she hadn't done in years. It felt somewhat stupid to push London away for so long not knowing what she was missing, Faye White was in love and as much as that fucking scared her ...it made her feel something she hadn't felt in years. London was her soul mate; the answer to her prayers and in this moment- as they kissed...everything came together. Faye felt a tear run down London's cheek as their kiss deepened this was all they ever wanted and now it was happening. London remembered the nights she spent day dreaming about this exact moment; their bodies pressed together kissing one another as if they would never see one another again feeling the fireworks burst, the same fireworks she begged Faye to confess to...the sparks she felt but pretended to not exist, here it was...for both of them to have this moment.
The sound of the ambulance sirens and cop cars made Faye pull away, her mind going back to her lifeless body, the voices screaming to leave.Faye looking outside seeing the lights past by, crawling down the ladder she used to get up, "I-I gotta go." She said her eyes no longer on London but following the trucks.
"I'll be right there." London yelled snatching up her shoes seeing Faye disappear "Wait Faye!" She exclaimed her anxiety rising, everything was happening to fast, sure it was the most amazing feeling to have the same love given back but...her mother just died. Part of London felt it would make her relapse into the old Faye but that was the last thing on her mind as she left her room to go try Faye in the crossfire.
Faye's heart raced in her chest feeling as it would give out. She ran across Londons yard hearing the sirens, she ran on the street before going on the sidewalk not noticing a dark man dressed in black on purpose stand in her way, knocking her down. She fell to the floor looking at the man his face oddly familiar as it took a few seconds to realize who he was with the night of Cole appearing , flashbacks of the violation they did on her defenseless body was brought up making a gasp escape her mouth. She gets up only taking a few steps before a Bullet entered her shoulder, she screamed in pain, her body falling on the floor but she attempts to get back up once more before being knocked out by a forceful hit in the back of her head, sudden blackness entering consuming her.
London furrowed her brows, "Faye!" Still running to where she has last seen her, glancing around to see if she toke a detour to be alone , since it was a lot of handle but something told her to go to Faye's house. London continues her steps each one becoming heavier and heavier going across the street the sirens coming closer until her foot went forward on a liquid, making her body go back, fall heavily in the substance. London threw her head back with the force groaning, as she looked at her bright clothes have red coloring them. She gasped her head shooting the body only a foot away seeing a huge pool or blood, her voice trembled reaching her shaky hand.
London lifted up a dead weight head seeing it was Faye in her own pool of blood with a wound in her shoulder and head oozing, London let out a horrifying scream as she tried to nudge her but no reaction to that, London put a finger under her nose to see how her breaths were but they were light. "Faye!" She screams holding her lifeless body in her arms pulling her phone out.

Faye opened her eyes slightly seeing a white ceiling with bright lights hurting her eyes a sudden jolt of pain on her right side of her shoulder. She moved her head slightly seeing men and women surround her realizing they were doctors there voices muffled. She remembers Coles cousin shooting her leaving her dead on the sidewalk along with her mother's suicide her heart beating faster feeling like her body would give out.
"Faye." A voice muffled spoke feeling a soft hand grab hers. She realized how soft the skin was it was London's and moved her head towards London's voice her eyes barely open staring at London's who had tears streaming down her face "You're going to be okay." Her voice faded out as the hospital lights became dimmer and dimmer before everything went black again.
