Sleeping and waking up next to Rad seem to be my safe haven. I have been sleeping so well since we started sleeping together. Gaya noon, bumalik ang routine namin. Para kaming mga bata ulit na naglalandian. We will watch movies together until we fell asleep. Kahit pati ang pag toothbrush at pag skincare namin ay nagagawa ulit.

"I still miss you kahit araw araw tayo magkasama. Dapat kong mabawi ang limang taon, Alyaina. At higitan pa."

That was he said when I told him na baka magsawa na siya dahil halos live in na kami!

Nang makadating kila Mommy ang balita na may boyfriend ako ay halos sakalin niya ako sa video call. She said she's still in search for her reto pero may boyfriend na daw pala ako! She is hysterical but Daddy calmed her down. Of course, they knew Rad. He is a La Ruel after all.

They want to meet Raden personally.

"Yes, baby. Just tell me kung kailan sila uuwi. I will clear my schedule to meet them."

Speaking of our family, I never had the chance to ask about Rail and his father. Lumapit ako sakaniya na nasa veranda, habang may kausap siya sa kabilang linya. I did not make any noise. He let me hug him while he was holding his phone with his other arm.

I involuntarily closed my eyes when I felt him kiss my forehead. Tumingala ako sakaniya na malayo na ang tingin habang sumasagot sa kausap.

I watched him from this view. Kahit saan talagang anggulo ay walang mapipintas sakaniya. Him against the skies makes his visual even more appealing, almost ethereal. I feel like floating behind the skies.

"Yes, Atticus. Your request will be there any time of this week. I will personally bring it to you—You are coming with me? Sure. Libreng flight, private plane ang gusto ko."

Pinatay niya ang tawag at dalawang kamay na ang niyakap sa akin.

"You good? Hindi ka ba masyado nahirapan? Sorry. Pinagod na naman kita kagabi."

Kinurot ko siya sa dibdib. "Sana sumali ako sa gymnast before. Hindi ko alam na flexible pala ako."

Parang kulog ang tawa niya sa tenga kong nakadikit sakaniyang dibdib.

"Yeah...very flexible.." he whispered sensually.

Bago pa kami mag another round ngayong umaga ay iibahin ko na ang usapan! I still feel so sore!

"Shut up, Rad. I want to talk about your family. How's your father, if you won't mind?"

Huminga siya ng malalim. "Papa is in good condition now, Alyaina. Thank you for asking. Mama is still having her shopping spree with Rail. You will meet them anytime soon. Lalo na nakarating na din kay Mama na may girlfriend ako at may balak ng magpakasal."

Kinabahan ako! Wala akong ideya sa pamilya niya. I just know that, like me, they chose to live their lives abroad.

"I should prepare myself then."

"Just be yourself, baby. Mama loves you already. She even brought some magazine with your cover along with your cousins. She knows Calie because of Rail. She said she likes your style."

Napuno ng galak ang aking dibdib pero hindi napawi ang kaba dahil pakiramdam ko ay ano mang oras ay dadating sila at kakatok sa pinto.

But then, my heart felt so warm. I knew our sacrifice back then was worth it.

We grew in different ways, but we still find each other after a long time. I guess we are still anchored even miles away?

"What?" Gulat kong tanong kay Rad.

"Madaldal ang kapatid ko. I told her that I will be meeting your parents next next week. She told our parents about it and now, Mama insists na uuwi na sila para umakyat ng ligaw."

Our supposed dinner with my parents next month is just an official meeting! May pinagmanahan din naman pala si Rad pagiging mabilis niya?

"I will clear all my schedule for that. Meaning...I will be very busy this week."
