Lando and I get up and walk towards the rack with foam rollers. He hands me one and winks.
I think nothing of it and take it and wink back. We both walk back towards Jon who again is locked into his phone. We sit down and begin rolling out our legs.

Y/n-Jon you okay there...who's the lucky girl

L-ooooooh she got you there mate, come on who is she

J-oh guys shut up it's nothing

Me and Lando look at eachother with childish smiles on our faces and look back at Jon and start laughing.

J-guys I'm serious it's nothing

L-hmmm sureeee if you say so

We all just smile at eachother.

J-okay guys so we will start off with g force testing, this will consist of resistance exercises we will do a circuit and up the intensity each round until you can't take anymore. Then we will move to weights we will start off with lower body again a circuit and up the intensity until you fail. Then upper body is the same thing as before. We will then finish with cardio, we will do the beep test, this will be tough especially as it's the last exercise so this will really test you. In case you don't know the beep test is a running test used to estimate an athlete's aerobic capacity. The test requires participants to run 20 meters back and forth across a marked track keeping time with beeps. Every minute or so, the next level commences: the time between beeps gets shorter; participants must run faster. If a participant fails to reach the relevant marker in time, they are cautioned. A second caution ends the test for that runner. The number of shuttles completed successfully is recorded as the score of that runner. The score is recorded in Level.Shuttles format (e.g. 9.5). So that's enough info for now let's start.

Lando looks at me and blows a deep breath out of his mouth.
L- he is going all out with this test.

Y/n-yes he is though.

We take our places in our circuit for g forces. It starts with a weight attached to a chain which we must lift with our neck. Then to a resistance band in which was wrapped around our head and we had to pull and hold away from it. We started off 30 seconds on and 4 off. After each round he would add 10 seconds to us on and 2 to our break. I was really struggling with this I made it 140 seconds on and 26 seconds off. My neck was in absolute bits after it.I tried so hard to beat lando but he got another two sets ahead of me.

J-wow guys okay that was extremely impressive especially from you y/n. Coming from f2 you wouldn't be as exposed to as strong forces and being able to last that long is extremely impressive well done.

L- ye fair play that was amazing. I've been in f1 a full season and i struggled to get to where I got that's good going from you y/n.

Y/n- wow thanks guys but my neck is in bits not gonna lie.

J-ye that's to be expected, anyway we will take a 10 minute break so I can get things set up for the next circuit.

Me and Lando where to out of breath to talk to each other so we just sat on the floor drinking from our bottles and trying to calm our breaths down. We looked hilarious, like two tomatoes, at least it wasn't just me.

J-okay guys let's get started with this circuit there won't be any breaks between exercises or sets this is going to be full on. So we will start with squats with weights, we will do 10 reps with each weight then move to lunges we will do 20 each leg, then jump squats 20 reps then leg extensions with this machine again 20 reps and then a leg press again 20 reps. After each round we will add an extra kg to the weights and with the body weight exercises we will add 10 reps to each and for the leg extensions and press we will go up a level each time and add an extra 5 reps. Okay let's go
