L-y/n we are here

I slowly open my eyes to see the hospital doors. It was pitch black outside but it was all lit by lights and the stars. We picked up our stuff and made our way to Arthur's room. We looked a bit silly carrying a massive trophy each to a hospital but oh well.

I see my mum outside the room talking to a nurse

M-oh guys great to see you

N-wow impressive trophy's...I was watching the race with your mum, great job guys

Y/n-thanks so much

N-I will be back later

M-thank you

The nurse smiles and walks away. We follow mum into the room. We all sit down and leave our trophy's on the shelf by the window.

C-who was that

M-just a nurse, she was on her break and seen me and well is a fan of f1 so I invited her to watch it with me, she was great and so kind and supportive, she helped keep my mind off things

Y/n-I'm glad

M-anyway WELL DONE GUYS

C-thank you so much

Y/n-so how is he

M-the same, noting has changed

Y/n-why don't you go back to the hotel for a couple hours, we will stay here with him

C-and we will call if anything happens

M-you guys sure?

Y/n-yes of course

M-okay thanks, my rental car is outside I will go now

L-don't be silly, let me drive you back

M-lando you don't have to

L-I want to make sure your okay

M-thank you very much

Y/n-thanks babe

L-no problem, I will be back in about forty minutes

Y/n-okay bye

I give him a hug and a kiss and watch as they walk out. Charles moves over to the seat beside me.

C-y/n how are you...honestly

Y/n-I'm fine

C-y/n your not

Y/n-Im just upset and tired

C-are you sure there isn't anything else because it seems like a little more than that

Y/n-yes, I'm just stressed and worried

I break into tears once more. I don't know why I can't hold them in.

Y/n-Charles I can't lose him, I've lost dad and jules I can't lose him

C-it won't happen y/n look he is okay

Y/n-that's it look...he isn't ok

C-give it time y/n he has been through allot, it's going to take time for him to come around

Then a doctor comes in.

D-hi guys...where is your mum?

C-she went back to the hotel to get some sleep...is everything okay?

D-yes I'm just going to do a check up on him to see how it's going

Y/n-do you want us to leave?
