Amelia's POVTuesday morning
I know I'm being stupid, I should be grateful that Tom cares enough to want our friends to know that I'm in danger. Regardless I also don't want people knowing because I don't want them to make a big deal out of it.I'm going to apologize to him, it's not right that he was trying to do something good and I ruined it.
The bell rang a few minutes ago meaning we only had about two minutes left to get to our next classes. I saw Tom at his locker, swapping out his books. I decided to take this as my chance and go up to him.
I waited patiently for him to finish what he was doing. As he closed the locker he jerked back in surprise.
"Oh hey-" I wrapped my arms around his waist before he could finish, he hesitantly wrapped his arms around me as well. I finally let myself cry.
"I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'm sorry." I sobbed into his neck.
"Stop apologizing baby, it's okay." He ran a hand up and down my back, calming me down from my dramatic episode.
"I was being a bitch."
Tom pulled me away from him and cupped my face, "Your not a bitch, don't you ever say that again."
He wiped my tear-stained cheeks and pulled me back into his chest.
"I'm just not ready to tell anyone." I mumbled.
"It's fine but I'm here for you, i-if you need me." I stayed silent, I feel really bad about how I was acting.
"Hey guess what?"
"What?" I asked, shifting my body so I could see his face.
"My mum and I are going to a pumpkin patch on Friday, I was wondering if you'd wanna go with us?"
"It's not even Halloween anymore and we have school on Friday."
"Well Friday night, after school." He reasoned.
"It's not even Halloween."
Tom sighed, "Do you wanna hang out with me or not?"
I smiled and gave him a nod, "Yes I'll come with you guys."
He smirked, licking his lips, "You better."
Tom pecked my lips repeatedly causing me to smile, he gave me one last tight hug before went our separate ways.
