Jin guangshan was sitting on his sofa while reading some documents. Then he gets a call from his assistant.

"Sir, vampire clan has stopped all the trade with us . They have blocked all our routes to their clan. We are at great loss."

"What.." Jin guangshan yelled throwing the files in his hands.

" Sir,they refused to communicate with us also."

"How dare they." Jin guangshan was shocked by this message. He immediately called Lan zhan but he couldn't reach him.
"Shit,what that bastard is doing. How dare he not pick up my calls.
I should call his assistant."
Listening to his yelling jin guangshan's mate Lan Xin came .
She heard her mate yelling in frustration. So she asked him,
"King,what happened. Is something wrong?" Her voice showed fear.
Though she was his mate she never got respect from him. Her mate never treated her properly. She used to call him king because her mate hated listening his name from her mouth.

Flashback

When she met jin guangshan for the first time she was happy that now she will have a life partner with whom she could spend her life happily. She saw how deeply her parents were in love with each other. She wanted to be happy just like her parents with her life partner. She gladly accepted jin guangshan as her mate but she never knew that her dreams were illusions that will never come true. At first jin guangshan treated her very well. But slowly his behaviour changed. She was just good for him  in bed and other time he would behave as if she is a stranger for him.
Slowly she came to know what kind of person her mate was when she discovered that he was the one to kill her father in law after which her mother in law committed suicide. She was broken by this truth.
That day she tried to confront her mate ,
" Why,why why. Tell me honestly you killed mother and father."

" who are you ask me questions. And who gave you right to talk to me like this. Don't you know you should respect me. " Jin guangshan shouted pushing her. She fell on the ground and twisted her ankle.
She ignored the pain and talked back,
" Don't you know who am I? I am your mate but now I really regret being your mate. I really hate myself for being your mate.
You have killed mother and father. You are a murderer of your own parents. You deserve to die."
Her voice was not very clear because she was crying all the time.

Listening this jin guangshan was first a bit shocked that his mate knew the truth but then he started laughing.
"Ha ha ..so you finally know the truth. Yes I killed them. They were already old but they never talked about giving me the throne. I am not a fool to wait till their death to get what is mine.
So I killed them. My mother was such a fool to die in the name of love. But still I am grateful that she died by herself ,I don't have to trouble myself to kill her anymore. Now no one will stop me from doing whatever I want. It's better for you not to interfere in my life. Otherwise don't blame me if  I kill you next."

Lan xin didn't know what to say after listening this. She was shocked that such an evil person can exist in this world.
She said looking down on the floor," so you don't regret killing them."

"Why should I regret. I am very  happy . I am celebrating their death." Jin guangshan said as if it was an happy occasion.

" You said you don't want me to interfere in your life. Then why did you accept me as your mate? You could have rejected me." Her eyes were still fixed on the floor and tears were continuously rolling down her eyes.
" Why should I reject since god gifted me such a beautiful omega.
Baby you are beautiful. I love it when you are under me."
Jin guangshan went closer to her and grabbed her hairs tightly and held her face up to see her face clearly.

" I love to see tears in your eyes. It gives me satisfaction."
Then he forced her into a kiss. Lan xin pushed him harshly and looking at him she asked," so you accepted me just because I am good for you in bed."

" of course, what else do you think "

" You don't love me?"

" Love? Really, I don't what does this word mean. The only thing for what I felt love is power. I don't love anyone .I Don't Love You"
Lan xin felt like her world shattered. Her dreams to have a loving mate and a happy married life was completely broken. At first she tried to convince herself that her mate will change himself one day. But today after knowing about her parents death she felt like she was just making a fool of herself.

From that day she began to avoid her mate. Everyday she used to keep herself locked in her room. Just eating once a day and serving her husband at night beyond her will was her everyday routine.

But her hope finally returned when she got pregnant and had a son.
Her son was her only happiness.
She was afraid then her son will become like her mate so she kept him away from his mate.
Jin guangshan cared less for it because he didn' t care for his family.

Lan Xin's only wish was that her sons will one day remove her mate from the throne and once again establish a peaceful kingdom and work for the betterment of people.
She felt, as a queen of this kingdom it was her responsibility. With this reason she continued to live.

Present
Jin guangshan glared at her," I am already frustrated and now seeing your face makes me more angry. Get out of here."

Lan xin knew that talking to her so called mate is useless so she left.
Jin guangshan immediately called Lan xichen (Lan zhan's assistant).
"Hello,Good afternoon sir."

"Keep your good afternoon to yourself. Where is Lan zhan? Why he is not picking my calls." Jin guangshan yelled.

"  Sir, our king is currently busy."Lan xichen replied calmly.

"I don't care if he is busy or not .Tell him that I want a meeting with him right now ."

" Sorry sir but I can't do that unless it's something urgent. If you tell me the reason then maybe I can help you."
Lan xichen was trying hard to stop himself from laughing listening jin guangshan's  angry voice.

" What do you mean by it's urgent or not. Do you think I want to meet him to have a picnic with him. That arrogant kid should be grateful that I am wasting my precious time to have a meeting with him. Tell him I want to meet him right in my mansion. He must arrive now." He said in a frustrated voice.

" Sorry sir but I work on my king's order not yours. He clearly told me not to disturb him .So I can't help you."

" You...,okay tell him that I want to meet him because today your clan has blocked all our routes  to your clan because of which merchants are not able to trade. I want him to open all the routes."
Jin guangshan felt like his pride was cruhsed. He hated it when someone didn't listen his orders.

" Sir you could have told me earlier. Our king told me that he can think of opening the routes if you organize a meeting with all clans in your kingdom and publicly apologize to our king for insulting his mother."

" Apologize, why should I do that? What does that arrogant kid thinks of himself. Tell him that I will never apologize to him. He better open the routes before it's too late or he will regret later. "
Jin guangshan shouted. He never apologized to anyone.He thought, 'apologizing to that idiot that too in public is impossible.
I never ask for anyone's apology.'

"Then I am sorry sir. I can't help you.My brother is really kind. But you crossed your limit this time. It's a good offer for you . You just have to ask for an apology. You better be careful jin guangshan. Your bad time is coming soon."
Lan xichen said in a dangerous voice.
Jin guangshan was shocked listening this. He never heard Lan xichen talking like this. He shivered listening his voice.
"Extremely sorry sir but I really can't help you. I am busy now so I am keeping the phone. Have a nice day." Lan xichen said in his normal calm voice and he disconnected the call.
Jin guangshan stayed like a statue for a moment trying to process what just happened.
Then he threw the phone harshly on the ground shouting,

" Lan zhan ,Go To Hell".
