CH-33 A Sense of Danger

Midoriya's POV
I set my alarm for 5am so that I could get some exercise done early in the morning but had it be quiet so that Eri wouldn't get woken up by it. I woke up and quickly turned off my alarm so it wouldn't wake anyone else up and carefully got out of bed. I got changed into my running clothes and headed out on an hour or so run. When I got back a few people were already up so I greeted them and went upstairs. As I expected Kyoka was still asleep, I hopped into the shower for a quick wash and came out to get dressed into my school uniform. I looked over to the bed and noticed that Kyoka was starting to wake up, I decided to wake her up fully so that we could get to class on time which she didn't like.
"Kyo, wake up" I said causing her eyes to flutter open staring at me. Once she was fully awake she grabbed my pillow and threw it at me. "Was that necessary?" I asked as she snuggled back into bed.
"Yes" Was all she said, I threw the pillow back at her and she finally decided to get up.
"Finally"
"You know, it's nice to wake up and not see a million All Might faces staring at you" She giggled.
"Only because you didn't let me bring them with me" I pouted.
"Of course, it was the only opportunity I had to get rid of it all"
"Okay, this is my room. Not yours. You know that right?"
"Yep, but uhh I do spend time in here so I get a say"
"Not that big of a say"
"Ugh, whatever. Have you checked on Eri yet?" She asked.
"No, I was about to after I woke you up"
"Then go" She said throwing another pillow at me.

I went into Eri's room opening the door slowly so that I didn't startle her and saw her still fast asleep with a smile on her face. I walked over and kneeled at the side of her bed before slightly shaking her to wake her up. She sat up on her bed rubbing her eyes whilst yawning.
"Hey Eri, you up?" I whispered.
"Yeah..." She whispered back.
"You need to get changed, I'm taking you to see Mr Aizawa before school starts so someone can keep you company" I said softly.
"Okay Deku" She said still half asleep. Kyoka came in a second later and told me to shoo so that she could help get Eri ready, I headed downstairs and waited for them. We ate breakfast and headed out to Mr Aizawa so that he could have someone take care of Eri whilst we were in class. We made our way to the teachers dorm and Mirio was waiting for us.
"Heyo Midoriya" He greeted.
"Hey Mirio, why're you here?" I asked.
"I'm going to be looking after Eri whilst you're in class" He said with his bright grin, Eri was smiling. She was happy that he would be staying with her. Mr Aizawa then came out and explained that Eri would be staying with Mirio in the teachers dorm or in our dorms until she has properly settled. Then a teacher will be joining her to give her a basic education as we assume she hasn't had any with everything which happened with Kai Chisaki.

We left Eri with Mirio and went straight to class, Mr Aizawa told us to get changed into our hero costumes and head to the training ground. Once I arrived I noticed that a few people had changed their costumes to help them deal with the cold weather, I got into analysing Kacchan's new costume and how it helped his quirk in the cold weather. He got a little creeped out with it and got angry, as usual. Then class 1-B arrived with Monoma being just as obnoxious as always, Mr Aizawa then took it upon himself to do Kendo's job of shutting him up by strangling him with his scarf. Vlad King had also arrived then he and Mr Aizawa explained what we would be doing for todays training. We were battling against the other class in 4 vs 4 battles, Monoma tried to make this a big competition to see which class was better but everyone just wanted to use this opportunity to get some good training in. Although it did get everyone excited and ready to give their all. We drew lots to see what the team matchups would be and I hoped I would be with Kyoka.

1. Kaminari, Koda, Tsu and Kirishima vs Shiozaki, Shishida, Tsubaraba and Rin

2. Yaoyorozu, Tokoyami, Aoyama and Hagakure vs Kendo, Kuroiro, Komori and Fukidashi

3. Todoroki, Iida, Ojiro and Shoji vs Honenuki, Tetsutetsu, Pony and Kaibara

4. Sato, Ashido, Sero and Uraraka vs Bondo, Awase, Tokage and Kodai
