Or clothes, really.
If I need to tell you why there's a ⚠️… :|Yes, his codename comes from his tattoos, which he got because of his love of falcons, which he got from his uncle, a falconer who raised him and his older sister.
By now you've probably noticed, from his left elbow down, ain't natural. Well, there's an explanation for that:
During a raid to retrieve hostages from Empire Underground. Falco went inside first after the gas had been released. The militia who were holding the hostages had prepared for Nightmare's arrival, and brought masks so that they wouldn't be rendered unconscious. The building had previously been wired to explode, and the hostages moved elsewhere. When the building went up, Falco and several others suffered severe injuries, the worse of which was Falco's left arm, which was completely shattered below the elbow. The damage was so extensive that setting what was left of the bone was not an option, medical personnel were forced to amputate.
Due to his injury, however, Falco became a worthy candidate to test A.T.H.E.N.A.'s latest in experimental technology, highly advanced bionic limbs. The technology was still in the works, and was flawed at first, but after several efforts by technological staff, the permanent cybernetic attachment operates better than an organic limb.
Outside of A.T.H.E.N.A. U.K. and Squad: Nightmare, no one is aware of Falco's metal arm, as he often wears long sleeves and a glove to hide it.
