His name is Fiach Bertram Nachtnebel, he's a plague specialist OC from a steampunk displacement I made. He's an identical twin, his brother Corbin Quincy Nachtnebel is a few minutes younger. I had wanted to introduce both of them together in full attire, lookin' spooky, but alas, it was not meant to be.
