Aiden Mosley - • Raised in the rough wilds of deep South-western America, Aiden spent his whole life taming the land with his widower father until he inherited the Mosley Ranch himself at 18 years of age. But he longer for something greater than chasing coyotes and cattle. The threat of gangs and unsafe travel opened up the opportunity for Aiden to carry out a life beyond ranching, often hiring himself out as an armed escort for caravans and stagecoaches, chasing a high of adventure he had always dreamed of. He long had kept correspondence with a cousin from his mother's side whom he had never met. When life went awry for her, he invited her out west to live with him on the Mosley Ranch. It was going to be a new experience for the both of them.
Suzanne Malina Lavigne - • Raised in Boston, Massachusetts by a wealthy, reclusive French immigrant father and Roma mother, Suzanne Malina Lavigne spent her life mostly in the comfort of affluent, cultured society. She grew up well educated and married a law student on his way to becoming an attorney. Life went well for the couple, they were well off, and had an infant daughter whom they named Alice. But all was well up to a point, Alice fell ill with what seemed at first to be a fever, the young couple were told not to worry, but Alice did not live long after. Struck with loss, Suzanne and her husband grieved, and drifted apart, their marriage growing cold, ending in a divorce which stripped Suzanne of her family riches. She spent what little of her fortune she had left on a rigorous medical education, studying all she could in little Alice's memory. She realized she would soon have no where else to go, Boston was not desperate for doctors. She found herself called down South, far from the North-east, into a world quite unlike Massachusetts, where her medical knowledge would be of use. She went to live with her cousin on his ranch, frightened by the prospect of moving to what she saw as an uncivilized wilderness, but hopeful for a chance to start over.

An interesting tidbit of information: Aiden has actually been an OC of mine for a long time, however there was a long period in which I fell out of a love for Westerns and he was scrapped. He became the facesake of a more familiar character on my account, Axel Reynold. However as people they're hella different and I think if they ever met, Aiden would just straight up shoot Axel.
