This is Mergo Marzyciel, a pretty eldritch dreamscape being. Her name is polish for Dreamer Mergo, inspired from the OST piece "Lullaby for Mergo", from the Mergo's Wetnurse boss fight.
I was inspired to make her after watching another Bloodborne playthrough, too bad we never actually got to see the baby to my knowledge though.
