Trusted champion and friend of Uriel Septim VII, Falowas the Fair was an Altmeri bard and duelist hailing from the region of the Summerset Isles. Skilled with instruments and rapiers, and some spells, Falowas lived in the imperial city and was close to the emperor himself, serving as the court musician.
He was sent to Daggerfall upon the mysterious death of King Lysandus, whose soul haunted the place, vengeful and unresting. There he unraveled the mystery of the king's untimely demise and struck down the responsible traitor, Lord Woodborne. (TES 2: Daggerfall)
