I binged over 7 dancing-with-the-villain-and-falling-in-love-esque playlists, and with all the opulence and gala vibes I was originally going to draw Daniel Spencer...then one of them played a Russian waltz and I was like, 'dang I know what I gotta do'.
So anyways, the prettiest and most noble of my villain-ex-villain OCs gets to reappear. The one and only ruby-eyed Drow Warlord, Belthazsar, the Ebony Lord. This time in dress formal. :)
And yes, more rainy backgrounds, idk I just love them. He was quite the charmer, after all.
