Welcome to the first of what is probably and hopefully going to be several installments.
Due to the fact that I have an intense imagination that devours descriptive writing and turns it into vivid imagery, my vision of Middle Earth and Peter Jackson's didn't cross paths as often as people would probably think.
I'm not saying what I imagine is always more book accurate than the films, I'm just saying I had trouble recognizing a lot of the characters because I related them to a different image in my head.
Therefore, as this is the case, my mom said I should draw J.R.R. Tolkien's characters from imagination, and I decided that was a good idea.First off, I drew Fili and his younger brother Kili, Thorin Oakenshield's two nephews.
