Bio: To say that Chandler is rather young to have the position of senator is to point out the obvious. After his father's death, he took up the position temporarily until an election could be held. The people saw that Chandler held his father's values and their best interests, and he was asked to run for the vacant position. In private life, Chandler is a slightly eccentric old money heir, he balances a love of psychology and philanthropy with taking care of his dogs and adoptive children. In regards to the two children, Nevaeh, 17, and Frei, 11, most assume they are his younger siblings, as Chandler insisted they refer to him as such, stating he's not ready for fatherhood, but simply couldn't handle the reality of being an only child. Chandler has created an alliance between the Maximilien family and A.T.H.E.N.A. in his country, aiding in funding them and advancing some of their internal support operations. Recently, he's even taken an undercover mission to the Shinra-controlled city of Midgar, to meet a contact who reached out to A.T.H.E.N.A.

Btw this is by no means the new standard of my art, this is an anomaly, I imitated the general Final Fantasy style as best as I could for Drawtober. I may do this again, I may not, but I'm proud of it nonetheless.
