Recap:
Veronica is back in town and Xavier does not seem happy about it.
Seeing her with her new boyfriend comes as a shock to everyone but Xavier is apparently unaffected with what happens in his ex-girlfriend's life and is in fact somewhat supportive of her relationship.
Austin and Jen have a child, Zeke, who is the most adorable kid ever.
No one has seen or heard from TheDevil ever since Ver left but now that the news of her getting linked up with Xav because of the chemistry they had at his last concert was flashed everywhere, worry was clouding everybody's thoughts.

Last Chapter Recap:
The chapter starts with Leo getting extremely upset over the news and while Ver tries pacifying him, he reminds her that she needs to tell everyone that she isn't here to stay and that she'll be going back to London after the wedding.
Leo then finds out that Xav's manager, Sam, had in fact suggested the same idea of linking both Xav and Ver up for publicity and it upsets him which makes him bitter and say not good things about Sam and Xav.
Intervening Leo's roast fest, Xavier puts him in his place by telling him what had actually happened and to never speak about the ones he loved and cared about like that.
Later, Jen and Austin fight over whether Ver would be Jen's Maid Of Honor or Jerko's 'Best Woman'.
While everyone else gets entertained, her two best friends land up hurting her a little which upsets Xav.
He helps her with her bruise while they share a moment.
Xav gives Ver her 'You Are Enough' necklace back referring back to what had happened at the aiport.
The chapter ends with him telling her that its high time that everyone else moves on from the time Xav and Ver were together.

"Do I look fat?" Jen asked as she looked at herself in the mirror. "This dress is just too tight." Xav, Scar, Roy, Kells, Penelope and I were the 'chosen ones' who had to go with her for her wedding dress selection. Her mom and stepdad were coming back from their vacation tomorrow so they couldn't be here. Thirteen dresses later, and we still hadn't found a dress she liked.

"Uh, excuse me," she called to one of the sales clerks. "Do you maybe have another size in this dress? Or if not, could I get this dress altered?"

With an air of annoyance, he rolled his eyes and replied, "Vera Wang doesn't fit into you, madam. You fit into Vera Wang. Maybe lose another 10 pounds and you'll be good."

Roy chuckled at that as Jen narrowed her eyes at him. I hit him with a pillow at that.
"Jen," I whined. "Cant we go see dresses somewhere else?"

"We don't have time for that," Kelsi said. "Its 1pm already and we have an appointment with the caterers at 1.30pm. We'll have to finish this off here itself."

"Why cant we just come back any other day?" Scarlett asked.

"Because your older sister has very nicely waited for the exact last minute to find herself a dress. After today, we don't have any free time left," Penn replied.

"Okay guys," Jen said with determination as she tried not tripping into the dress she was currently wearing. "I have a plan."

"Her plans always scare me, for some reason," Xavier mumbled from beside me. I chuckled at that.
I however, wasn't the only one that heard him though. Thanks to her super sonic hearing abilities, she shot Xav a threatening look and said, "Thanks for the confidence in me."

He simply raised his hands in a placating gesture at that, a grin intact on his face.

"So these two are the two dresses I had liked the most," she said as she gestured to the two dresses on the hangar.
One was a strapless mermaid style dress with a train at the back. It had intricate lace designs all over it and I could practically imagine how perfectly would it hug Jen's figure and how gorgeous she would look in it.
