It was finally the first day of my last year at Hogwarts. Lee and I walked through the brick wall to platform 9 3/4. After we took our luggage to the loading area we walked back into the platform area to look for our friends.

As I looked around I almost immediately locked eyes with a familiar tall, floppy haired, ginger. I bolted across the station and jumped into his arms, wrapping my legs around his waist. I know it had only been two weeks since I last saw him but I missed him like crazy.

After a minute I jumped down and hugged George too. Hazel soon arrived and we hugged and greeted eachother. "We should start getting in the train now." She said looking at the huge clock in the wall. We all piled onto the train and into the first empty compartment we came across.

We all sat down and caught up, talking about our summers and what we did. Jordan had already told Hazel that she broke up with George but we didn't stay on that topic for long. I could tell that was gonna be a touchy subject for a while for George.

After a while Jordan appeared in the window of our compartment door. She slowly slid the door open and gave us a look like she was asking for permission to come in. George just ignored her so she sat down next to Hazel. We were all silent for a second. So Hazel tried to make conversation to soften the tension but when she did George got up and left without saying anything.

Lee and Fred stood up. Lee followed George but Fred paused and looked at me, offering his hand unsure if I would take it. I hesitated for a second and then took it and followed Fred out.

We followed George to another empty compartment and sat down. "She can't seriously think that we're just going to be ok with what she did." Said Lee. "Probably. She's obviously a bloody idiot." Said Fred. George just scoffed like he was done defending her.

"You're too good for her anyway mate." Said Fred. I stayed silent for a while. She did do a terrible thing and hurt George but she was still one of my oldest friends. After a while I saw Hazel appear in the window.

At first I thought it was because she wanted to sit with us too but then I saw Jordan's face in the corner. Hazel slid the door open and said quietly "Y/N? I need you for a second." I think I was the only one who saw Jordan because she was trying to hide out of view on the outside of the doorway.

"Why?" I asked. "Just come." She said grabbing my hand. I had no other choice but to let her drag me down the hallway and into a compartment that Jordan had slipped into ahead of us.

When we were inside she dropped my hand and sat down. "What do you want?" I asked Jordan trying not to sound too bitchy. "I- I wanted to make sure you don't hate me." She said. "I don't hate you but it's kind of hard to not dislike you when you hurt George like that." I said.

"I didn't mean to." She said. "How did you not mean to? You got the boy to fall in love with you and then just ended it through a letter. A Letter!" I said getting angry. "I can't explain it but I just couldn't stay with him." She said. "Yeah cause that makes a lot of sence." I said. "Why don't you just trust me?" She asked. She sounded hurt but at this point I didn't really care.

She was just trying to make excuses for using George like every other guy she's ever dated. "Because I knew you would do this. I told you not to date him. I knew he would just end up just another one of your discarded guys." I said almost yelling. Then I turned and left out the door. "Y/N." Hazel said, trying to get me to come back. But I wasn't going to.

I walked back to the compartment with the twins and Lee. They looked at me expecting me to tell them what happened. "Yeah, You deserve so much better George." I said.

After that our compartment stayed quiet for the most part and I eventually fell asleep in Fred's lap as he ran his hand through my hair. When I woke up we were arrived at Hogwarts. We hopped out of the train and got onto a carriage.

The carriage ride was full of laughter. Forgetting all about Jordan, we laughed about old memories and talked about the plans Fred and George had made for there joke shop. Excitement for the last year filled the air around us.

The twins surprisingly had already made most of the plans for there shop. If they just had a place to set up they could probably open it right now. "We have hundreds of products already." Said George. "And we'll probably have a hundred more by the end of the year." Said Fred.

I couldn't help but smile at the way Fred's eyes lit up as he talked about it. "What are you smiling about?" Fred asked looking down at me. "Just imagining you two in matching purple and orange suits." I said laughing. "What? You don't think I'll look handsome?" Asked Fred. "Hansome? Nah." I said. "Yeah more like Stupid." Said Lee. We were joking around of course.

"Well I might just make you wear one too if you don't shut it." Said Fred. "Are you implying that I'll be working for you?" Asked Lee. "Cause that's not happening." He added. Fred and George exchanged a fake unconvinced look. Lee rolled his eyes.

We arrived at the castle soon enough. "I'm starving." I said as Fred helped me down off the carriage. "Me too. Dumbledore better hurry up his little speech this time." Said George. "I can't belive they really make us sit through the entire group of first years get sorted every year before we get to eat." Said Fred.

We walked into the doors of the castle and followed the crowd into the great hall. "It feels like just yesterday we were those first years." I said. "Little snotty ones at that." Said George cause if all of us to laugh. We found our way to our seats and sat down.

Without Hazel or Jordan it felt a little weird. Fred and I sat next to each other, George and Lee across from us. We sat through every single first year being sorted, clapping for every new Gryffindor.

"Check out the flamingo." Said George gesturing to a new teacher sitting up at the front. We all snickered and made small remarks throughout the whole ceremony. "She's almost as short as flitwick." "She looks like a pigmy puff." "But without the adorable part."

We usually weren't that judgmental but she just gave off a really bad vibe. I could tell we were going to hate her from the minute I laid eyes on her. After the first years were sorted Dumbledore gave his usual boring speech. Then he introduced the new teacher.

Dressed in all pink from head to toe and standing at about 5'0 she got up and walked to the front and gave a horrible sounding speech. New rules? The ministry interfering? This was going to be an interesting year.
