So remember that Wylinh oneshot where he died and gave her little notes? Well, I felt bad and decided to rewrite it (the old version is still there I won't delete it dw).

Ugh I had the worst dream last night that I deleted my google account so my wattpad disappeared. *cries in teddy bear*

A locker slammed shut, attracting glances from bypassers. It wasn't so much the locker slam that did it, however, than the person who was at the offense. It was Linh Song, innocent cinnamon roll extraordinaire, who'd probably never even stepped on an ant before.

At least she hadn't. Today was her first day trying. Linh felt an emotion she never did- or at least, if she did, she calmed herself down. But not even the beach or Atlantis helped. Who knew what it was for. It could be her parents; her brother's new "girlfriend" who obviously wasn't trustworthy and had gotten in the way of him and Biana, who he should have been with in the first place; people leaving her out of missions because "you and Dex would be better in the sidelines." So what if you're the Moonlark? We have better uses than you.

Linh flinched. That wasn't right. It wasn't true either.

Her mind flashed to a picture of Glimmer's hooded face on her bedroom wall on which she practiced throwing darts.

But the point was, she was angry, and she didn't know what to do. At the force of the impact of the locker, something fell to the floor. She bent down curiously, picking up what was a small, blue, and slightly bulging envelope.

The newfound interest almost made her forget her anger, and she gently ripped it open.

The first thing she found was a necklace. It was a crystalline figure of a tiny ballerina on a silver chain. The pendant had a stained glass effect, giving it the look of water. A tiny note was attached.

Check the place where the wild things are. Well, marshmallowy wild things. I'm bad at these, aren't I? I hope you like the necklace. It's a representation of what you did for me.

- your secret admirer

Oooh. A scavenger hunt! But wait, it was signed a 'secret admirer'. Linh wasn't sure if she could guess that easily. But wait. What if there was something else "where the wild things were?"

Wild things. Fluffy. Alicorns!

Maybe this would be just the thing to get her back on track...

Linh spread out the little notes. It had been a few weeks, but the person hadn't revealed themselves. The notes were more or less the same, sometimes complimenting her, other times came with candy.

The candy did interesting things, too.

One time her hair had stuck up like a spikeball, but she hadn't minded. It was actually kind of cool.

Another time her tongue had turned purple. Not fun when you have a speech the next hour. That, she had minded. But she thought it was really sweet of the person to take time to write her these.

One of the riddles had led her to the back of Foxfire, where there was another note telling her to come back the next day. Right now was the next day, and Linh decided it would be the day she'd catch her secret admirer in the act.

School was off today, making things easier. Her parents didn't really care anymore, so she could sneak out of the house without getting hounded by Tam. Who was probably off snogging his bitch of a girlfriend.

Linh smiled sadly as she passed the two large canvases with her and Tam's faces on them. He should have realized then when Biana chose to fix his first and not Linh's.
