What's better than finishing this book off with a Tiana oneshot?

Biana doodled mindlessly on her sketchbook with a sharpie. It was so freaking boring out here taking random orders from random strangers. Some curly dude walked over. "I'll have the regular," he said.

She glared at him, biting her lip to keep from screaming. "Do I look like a regular employee to you?"

Her boss and best friend, Dexter Dizznee, sighed. "Don't mind her, Jensi, one caramel mocha coming right up." As they turned away, he rolled his eyes at her. "Honestly Bi, if you have to work for a huge company and annoy the heck outta me, at least be polite to the customers."

Biana pouted. "But why are there so many people?"

Now he laughed. "Because it's a Starbucks- of course there's gonna be people, you sociopath."

She just frowned more, watching Dex grind up the coffee beans and pop out the caramel. "I'm going to spit in the order of the next person."

"Please don't? I'd like to keep my job," he snorted, shaking up a can of whipped cream. "There's someone else at the counter- go take their order."

Biana silently promised to herself to hate the new person with all her heart. But all thoughts of that faded once she got sight of him. He was, well, hot. He was tall, with raven black hair tipped in silver. It was artfully swiped across his face, but he had a way of making it look like an accident.

Once he faced her, she found herself staring into his eyes, which were a piercing blue-gray. Biana thought she was the only one, but he too seemed lost for words. A light flush covered his cheeks and he cleared his throat. "Hi. I'll take a Mango Dragonfruit lemonade- no ice," his voice was nice too. Kind of soothing.

"I-er- okay, I'll go make that!" Biana chirped, bad mood fading. "Name?"

"Tam," he replied.

"Okay... that'll be $4.99," her fingers fumbled over the keypad as she punched in the order and the name. As soon as Tam turned to take a seat, she rushed back to Dex.

"What do I have to make now?" he asked ruefully, not looking up from the blender.

"Nothing!" Biana reassured him. "I'll make it. It's a Mango Dragonfruit. You know, my favorite."

Now he turned to her, narrowing his eyes. "I'm your best friend, Bi. I know you hate Mango Dragonfruit- you say it's too complicated to make." Suddenly his eyes lit with understanding, and he grinned "Waiit. You met someone, didn't you?"

"Well duh, I just took his order!"

He shook his head teasingly. "Uh uh. I know that starstruck rabbit look. And his order you say? Hmmm," he mock-scratched his chin. "Ooh! I know! Biana likes someone!"

She blushed furiously. "I do not, Dexter Alvin Dizznee," she snapped, "and you know it."

He opened his mouth to say something else, but she cut him off again. "Don't you dare or I'll tell everyone how you don't have a middle name and you chose Alvin because you love Alvin and the Chipmunks," she warned.

Dex paled. "I should have never told you. Fine, fine. I just wanna see who it is afterwards."

Smirking triumphantly, Biana went on to the blender, dropping in the ice and the pink lemonade. She drummed her fingers on the counter impatiently, and almost threw the drink into its cup once it was done.

Almost sloshing it down her front, Biana rushed out to the tables. "Sorry for the delay! I had a... distraction."

At first, Tam didn't reply, and she was confused. Then she realized he had AirPods in and he was drawing something. It was a picture of a girl, wearing a green apron and holding a coffee cup, laughing. It took a few moments for her to realize that the girl was her. Biana flushed again. The drawing was amazing.

She reached over and plucked an AirPod out. "Hey. Orders ready."

He started. "Oh! Hey... Biana?" he asked, pointing to her name tag.

"Yep," she chirped, setting the drink down. After a pause, she added shyly, "I draw too."

Tam smiled at her with equal shyness. "Oh. Cool. Can I see?"

She beamed. "Of course! I'll be right back!" And once again, she made a run for it. "Dexipoooooo! Guess what?"

"Lemme guess, new guy can tolerate you?" he asked dryly.

"Yes, and more! He wants to see my sketches." Not waiting for a response, Biana snatched up her sketchbook and hurried back.

Tam sat at the same place, sipping his drink and adding touches to his drawing. "Uh," she started. "Do you mind if I sit?"

He nodded, beckoning to the chair across him. She settled down and opened the book. The first one was of a satchel. It was super old and frayed, but it was one of her favorites.

The boy smiled appreciatively. "You draw really well," he whispered, like he had no experience with talking.

"Thanks," she beamed again. "Is that drawing you're working on of me?" Biana flushed the second she said it. What if he got offended?

"Y-yeah," he stuttered. "Do you like it?

"I love it."

After a few more moments, she spoke up again. "What do you draw?"

Tam shrugged. "Things that interest me. Sometimes things that are pretty. Other times pictures of animals my sister forces me to draw."

Biana felt heat rise on her face. "Oh," she frantically searched for a way to change the subject. "Er- you have a sister?"

"Yeah. A twin sister."

"Cool, cool," she replied awkwardly. She turned to the side, only to see Dex at the counter, watching and facepalming.

You're both so smooth, I'm sure it's destined together, he mouthed.

Shut up, she mouthed back.

"Is that your boyfriend?" Tam asked.

Startled, she laughed. "Nope. He's my best friend since preschool. Why, you jealous?"

Tam's ears burned red. "What? No, of course not!" And then his cellphone rang.

"Oh, it's my girlfriend," he said cheerfully, but Biana didn't fail to notice the sadness that passed over his face. As he fumbled with his phone, she reached down and unplugged the WiFi and electricity server, ignoring cries of annoyance. Tam somehow didn't notice, and frowned as the screen popped black.

"Oh oops, did the internet go out?" she asked sweetly. "I'll get Dex to fix it. But now tell me more about your girlfriend."

"My girlfriend?" His brow furrowed further. "Um, well, she's demanding I guess. Sarcastic. Sometimes she's nice. She insists I call her Glimmer, and we got together a few weeks ago."

Glimmer, huh? "Oh, that's... nice." Biana abruptly stood up, closing her sketchbook. "Well, it was nice talking to you, Tam. I hope you liked the lemonade. Hold on, I have something for your girl."

And ignoring Dex's look of protest, she whipped off some random coffee from the counter and grabbed her Sharpie. As Tam leaned aside to pack his satchel, she scribbled on a note.

Hey Tammy- here's my phone number: ***-***-****

Call me- XOXO Biana

"Here you go," she handed the cup to him. "Remove the jacket before you give it to her, I don't want the wrapper hurting her hands."

And apparently Tam was a little thick because he avoided logic and just nodded. "Okay. Sure. Cool. Thanks, Bia."

And he tossed his lemonade cup on the way out.

Outside, Biana got the faint outline of a dark-haired girl reaching up to kiss his cheek.

Glimmer. Smh.

No amount of glimmers would stop Biana from making Tam hers.

We'll soon see who he belongs to, Glitter Girl.
