"How'd it go out there?" Marlon asked not looking at the other boy. (Y/n) moved her hand from Marlons and placed it on his shoulder as she looked between the two.
"How do you think it went?" He hissed back, annoyed by the question before the other redhead spoke up.
"Be nice, Aasim." She snapped at him, adjusting the dead animal she had over her shoulder. The boy—now named Aasim -- ignored her and kept speaking. But now more towards (Y/n) than Marlon since it seems that he won't even try to do anything about the situation at hand.
"The safe zone is nearly dry— I could barely find enough for tonight." He started frowning softly making the girl take away her hand and face him.
"We're going to scout further out if we want food for the winter." He finishes looking at (Y/n) for advice but Marlon steps in.
"We'll talk about it later." Marlon shrugged off, taking a glance at him before speeding up his walking. Aasim skipped to catch up and stopped him.
"Bullshit. We should talk about this now. (Y/n) would you please—" before Aasim can ask for help Marlon bumps shoulders with him and sends him a glare.
"I said later, damn it." He stopped the conversation. Aasim shakes slightly in anger, sending a glare towards Marlon before calming down when he feels a hand on his shoulder. Looking over he sees (Y/n) giving him a sad smile.
"Don't worry I'll talk to him. Promise." She reassured him. Aasim smiled softly back and pats her hand with his own as to say it's alright.
"I honestly wish you were calling the shot here, (N/n)." (Y/n) hums softly at his comment and watches him and the other redhead girl walk passed, sending (Y/n) a smile.
Clementine tilts her head as she watches the whole thing unfold and now has suspicions on how this whole system works. Everyone has shown to follow (Y/n)'s lead not only that but they seem to highly respect her and also fear her.
Clementine was brought back when Louis nudged her shoulder with his, (Y/n) now walking on Clem's right. The shorter girl smiled at her, Clem smiled back.
"Now that's over. I see you're still standing. I'll call that a B- plus performance there, vi. You've done better." He scolded playfully as all four walked towards the gate.
"Fuck off." She shot back, flipping her middle finger at him. This resulted in Louis gasping dramatically and placing his hand over his heart looking at her offendedly.
"B-minis then. Clem I give you an A, maybe even an A- plus." He continues his playfulness giving the girl a smirk as she raises an eyebrow. She feels a warm hand brush against hers so she looks over at (Y/n), who smiled and leaned towards her.
"I think he's flirting with you, Clementine." She poorly whispered, wanting the others to hear as Clem let out a soft chuckle. Violet gives them a silly smile and Louis looks offended.
"Hey!—"
"That was flirting?" Clem cuts him off as all three girls start laughing at the playfully banter they have created.
"(Y/n) I was gonna give you an A-plus, now I don't want to." He threatened as he playfully pouted and looked away from her in a childish way making the said girl giggle, shaking her head.
"You're still gonna give her an A-plus. So that threat was empty." Violet teased back knowing fully well that (Y/n) has him wrapped around her fingers, she can't lie she's the same. Everyone is, they all see her as a sister or someone they can look up too.
"Yeah, I know. But still." He agreed.
"Woah. Wait, really? Why?" Clem asked as she looked at the boy in confusion. Wanting to know why they were just so soft towards her. She won't admit out loud but she as well has found herself falling, and she didn't quite know how to handle or do anything about it.
