Duncess: Dance With Me, Sapphire

I hum softly, sitting down in the Kindergarten. Over all the dusk and evil past its quite a good place. Suddenly I hear a small noise. Music. A voice. I look down and spot a gem, dancing around. I see the portal activating and he runs and hides in a hole. I duck down, spotting two other gems. One is a bright red, holding a sword. Another with glowing blue eyes, much taller than the red. The two quickly scout the area and then leave.
I jump down into the kindergarten. "H-Hello...?" I whisper, looking around. I heard rocks moving around and I turn around. Looking over I spot the gem. His hair is blonde, and what appears to be an sapphire under his hair. His eyes are as blue as the sky. Its beautiful...
"I-I'm Amethyst...but you can call m-me Endress..." he looks at me, walking over his green boots crunching. "S-Sapphire....but I'm Duncan." I smile.
"Nice to meet a gem who isn't broken for once." he smiles, "Did you see those two other gems? Ruby and Sky?" I nod, "I-I maybe need to hide from them for awhile." I grin, "That's fine! You can stay with me!"
he grins, "But....you either have to dance with me...or beat me in friendly battle." he smiles, "What I can't choose both for a beautiful gem?" I flush, "W-Well I..." he takes my hand. "Come on. I'll lead, you sing." I smile softly and he starts dancing.
As he goes through the steps I starts singing a soft tune I knew from my old friends 5,000 years ago. He smiles, I look up at his gem. Its starting to glow, he notices mine glowing and pulls away.
"I-I...im sorry!" He quickly says, face flushed. I giggle, "I-Its fine. I haven't had a good dance with someone in awhile...they mostly try to force fuse with me." he frowns, pushing some of my hair out of my face.
"So...option two?" I grin, smiling and summoning my hammer. "Woah! Such a giant thing for such a fragile girl." I laugh, "I am more than I seem Duncan." I say as he summons his own weapon, "What in the world is that?"
"A TNT ray gun. Now lets get this started!" I smile, jumping off a rock and hurl at him, nearly hitting him, he fires his gun and nearly hits me. I jump out of the way in time, hitting my hammer on the ground creating a shockwave causing him to bounce back, we laugh again, suddenly his expression goes grim.
"Duncan-?" I'm stopped by something grabbing hold of me and I feel myself fly up into the upper layers of kindergarten. I scream Duncan's name, the last thing I see is him putting his hands up in defeat. I see Ruby put him in a bubble, making him vanish.
I start crying as I feel myself starting to slow down, I feel myself get set down. I look up, "O-Obsidian...R-Rythian...." he nods. "Its me."
"D-Duncan...S-Sapphire..." he sighs, "I'm sorry...but I had to keep you safe. It was you or him." I start crying again. He sighs, "Come with me. I know a few other gems who can help you and everyone else." I sniff, nodding. He picks me up again, I look down into the kindergarten again, seeing Ruby vanish into the portal.
That's when I hear my gem crack.

Rythna-Soul Gem

"Her gem cracked without battle?! How in the world does that happen Rythian?!" I yelled, he saw him flinch slightly at that. But he simply shrugged it off.
"I dont know...but your a healer-"
"RYTHIAN!!!!! ROSE COULD HEAL NOT ME!!!!" I screamed, he jumped again. Nodding. "I'm...im sorry Lana." I sigh, "Where is she?" I asked, he led me over to a couch where she lay. Her hair covered her face, but a puddle of tears seemed to fill around her. I saw her gem on her chest, cracked in half. I kneeled down beside her.
"What's wrong...?" I asked softly, she looked up at me, her eyes were lost. Upset. "I-I lost someone to two gems...R-Ruby and Sky..." she sobbed, whispering a name I knew well: "Sapphire."
"S-Sapphire...did you say Sapphire?" I whispered, she nodded. "I-I met him...he was the first gem I met that wasn't broken..." I frowned, "I haven't seen him in forever...my...my...best friend. Odd that he agreed to dance with you, he's quite shy." she sighs, curling up.
"Leave me alone to be broken." be gem cracks more and that's when I realize something: her gemstone is cracked because she met her gem mate.
"We need to get you back to Duncan!! Stay here real quick okay?" she nods, closing her eyes. I run to the other room, seeing Rythian sitting down, curled up. I frowned and walked over to him.
"Hey love, what's up Obsidy Rythy?" He sighs. "I just...its nothing." he says, I take his hand, feeling his gem. "Tell me what's wrong." he shakes his head. "I'm worried about her." I bite my lip, pulling my hands away.
"You...like her?" he blinks, looking at me. "N-No! N-Not like that! I like you like that-" he stops, face flushed. I blush, looking at him. I smile softly and lean in close to him. "You like me?" he nods, blushing. "Well...I like you too." I kiss him softly. I feel my gem glowing as he kisses back. He quickly pulls away, smiling. I smile back. "I love you.", "I love you too."
"But anyways we need to find Sapphire or Duncan. Its her gem mate, that's why her gemstone is broken. If dont reunite them soon there gems will become broken." he nods, getting up and walking out. I follow, "Better pick her up. Where heading to Sky's ship." I say. He picks her up and walks out, I follow him.
"Lets go."
