That's all I saw after the explosion. And ididnt know how quickly I reacted until I had her in my arms. Her arm, was gone. Blown clean off. She was torn and broken.
I began to cry. I had never wanted ti hurt anyone other than Sjin and Duncan. And now she had gotten hurt. The love of my life. Nearly dead.
I used my magic to heal her the best I could. Then the world went dark.

"Rythian? Rythian? Wake up your having another nightmare about the nuke!" I opened my eyes and saw Zoey and Teep. I laughed softly. "Sorry..." she shook her head,"that was two years ago! You need to let it go!"
I glanced at her now robtic arm, true I could just let it go. But...its hard to when your forever scared. I looked back at her. "Zoey, I can't let it go. But I'll try the best I can." She smiled and kissed my head and walked away with Teep.
"I just want to keep you from falling from the sky again."
