How many prices could one person pay for one goal? I can think of only one person, myself, I've sacrificed my reputation, my background, my work, my sainty and all for what you may ask?
To be rid of that clone. That mistake. To get everything back. After Five and I made our escape from the castle everything begain to go wrong. First the world turned purple, forcing us to create a dome of protection, then the Lalna showed up, his hair unkept, bags under his eyes, and that purple stuff almost covering him.
We had no choice but to help. We worked for weeks and never found the cure before he went mad and turned into a beast. Running out me and Five lived out a few years in peace...I say that term lightly. Lalna constantly attacked whenever we had to scavenge and the flux only played tricks with us.
Needless to say it got old pretty fast.
But one day I shouldn't have let her go on her own.
I was sick and she needed to go out to find something to help, I got well a few days later but she never returned. It was only when I saw that thing that I had known what became of my Five. The emerald around its neck like a stupid collar.
Im old now. I've found Five's journal and read through it countless times. It hurts, all these things she never told me, I miss her. She was the only person who understood me.
Im old now, the flux buddies are gone, Five is gone, and soon I will-
